UPDATED TIPS: instead of saving it and making a new project at the end, just go up to the top left and click on image, then go to canvas size and change it to 2560x1440 and export it as a PNG with 100% quality.
I've never had this problem because it should auto default to sharp anti aliasing but if your text is selected at the top there's 2 As that means anti aliasing and if you click in the box you can choose different modes. Sharp is what it should be.
