House fire at Blyth Villa, Ellison Road, Dunston. Video taken at 16.42, Thursday 29th March 2012. Fire crews arrived at around 16.20.
Four appliances and one ladder turnout. Two appliances from Gateshead North (Swalwell), two appliances and one ladder from Gateshead East (Gateshead Central).
Road was closed from the Dun Cow, Ellison Road to Wilson Street junction on Ellison Road as well as one lane on the A1 Southbound.
Investigations are ongoing into the cause of the fire.
