Omg. Omg. Omg. I have not watched this video yet but just saw the title and had to comment. I started going through a spiritual awakening last year and at the start of it I felt I was led to this bookstore and guided to buy 3 books. This was the first one. I'd never heard of it before & have only ever heard one person mention it in passing since...until now. I just started watching your videos yesterday and have already learned so much and can feel my mind expanding. I only got halfway through the book because I went back to do all the exercises and then had to stop b/c I didn't have time to do all that writing but I fully intend to get back to it when I do. I'm so excited to hear what you have to say about it, perhaps it will inspire me even more when I go back to finish the rest of the book! Wow.

Funny thing I downloaded this book on my kindle a couple years ago read about half of it and put it away. Last week it came up and I stared from the beginning and read the whole thing and it truly resonated with me. It’s funny how things appear to you when you’re ready for it. Sometimes we desire freedom from environments or people and circumstances and it may not necessarily be harmonious for others involved. If one keeps looking for harmony from other people, one may never materialize their own soul desire. I think the priority should be ones own journey and if people around us would evolve with us , they will be part of that harmony we create for ourself ,or they may dematerialize based on their own vibration .

I was searching for a long time how I could possibly change...Frequency crossed my way 4 years ago and the "try this" part of her book always brought an aha effect ... anyway I never came around to truly change my life for the better bc I didnt really get the trick.
