Since early last year, I have been living under the fear that I would lose my current place to live, which is incredibly important to me for several different reasons. People had already come to see the house and had shown interest in buying it. But, things kept getting in the way, leaving me in a constant state of panic and uncertainty as to whether or not it would happen. Joseph's video on Tuesday really helped me to align my thoughts with my highest ideal, in spite of the seemingly frightening circumstances. I listened to it twice, given that it was the only thing calming me down after being told that yesterday I would receive the final verdict as to the whole house situation. Hours after listening to the video, I was told that they decided not to sell and that all I would have to do is pay a bit more and make a few changes to stay in the house indefinitely. In spite of the most daunting of circumstances, I was shown once again how powerful thoughts and faith can be. And, I cannot thank Joseph enough for the wisdom and guidance that he imparts on so many of us who have no one else to turn to in our darkest hour.
Not taking everything too seriously (especially not oneself and especially not ones own ego), not trying to force anything, letting go of "hustling super hard" and unnecessary worries, that's all super powerful and enhancing a human life greatly. 😊 Things can flow to us so easily, if we do what Joseph describes in this video. 😊🌈🏖️ Opportunities, success and even our "biggest" manifestations. Just trust your power and the abundance in our universe. 😊🌟
Through imagination of your desire….you let go of your attachment/desire….and your inner lack. Instead of pursuing your desires…your desires will come to you. No try. Do. Trying is action taken towards attaining the desired end result. Trying is effort. Letting go and letting God…is effortless creation. Love this video. Thanks 🎉
I wonder if Not Trying is akin to extinguishing the self ? As the Buddha put it... To reach Nirvana, One must abandon their Desires. But I questioned... Is seeking Nirvana or Extinguishing One's desires, aren't they also Desires in and of themselves ? Wouldn't removing your desire to have no desire in the first place be the same as Not Trying ? We've already established that "Not Trying" is Less so of redundant inactivity, but more so of taking "Relaxed Action" or Engaging in activity for the sake of experience while being detatched from the outcome. Now I may be Dead wrong about this, but what if the buddha thought that the way to Extinguish desire and reach Nirvana is to not chase them altogether ? It's almost like we can either Not Try or Simply just Accept right ?
This is like one of the most important principles really. Most people that really want something just need to try less 😂 how crazy is that. You want it too much so you try really hard so you'll never have it. Like when my colleague at my old firm really wanted the job position, so he had his wife prepare an elaborate meal and invite the boss over and do all this crazy stuff like what is this monkey circus of jumping through hoops😅 I didn't even know the position was available until I got the job that he wanted and he was way more qualified for it. Or when I really wanted a guy in school to like me and would do all his homework, I swear they barely see you 🫠
Is this similar or has any connection with paradox? I mean if you don't try too hard the intention natural occurs yet doing so much or working too hard deters the goal?
🎉🎉 always enjoy your videos. You describe the Indian IT and general work philosophy perfectly. But in my experience, they very often don’t deliver a quality on time product. However, I get your point . Thanks! 😊

I already am what I seek to be. False perceptions of who I “should” be lead me astray from the prior truth. Thank you.
Very powerful. I can relate to this. 🙏🏻
Lovely as always.
Trivia: there was no guy named Lao Tzu. It is simply a placeholder name, and means "old master."
Through imagination of your desire….you let go of your attachment/desire….and your inner lack.

No try. Do.

Love this video. Thanks 🎉

Yup, it might be my limiting belief, but I hate when Sales promise something without consulting with developers.
