    My heart bleed for those horses. Now it's hard to watch those period dramas with so many many horses knowing they are treated so brutally for the sake of out entertainment.
    At least actors can speak, can make their own conscious choices, and no matter how they ended up, they are not entirely without support form other fellow human being. In the wrong or in the right. But those horses?ugh to even think about it now, jusr bringing tears to my eyes. Hopefully Chinese people will wake up and be the voices to those poor horses who never asked to be involved in these dramas. Even the actors should be in the forefront in their behalf as they too work with those horses and they should care about them too it is strange that actors only complain about them horses but not speaking for them horses to be treared well.

Western Directors and producers would not get away with demanding actors and actresses be super skinny and the casting couch has almost disappeared. The Chinese entertainment industry needs to focus less on how many episodes are filmed and more to the treatment of their human and animal actors.

It's in every secular music, entertainment and movie industries around the world along with the drugs & human sex trafficking (slavery takes all forms) that goes right with it. Those who choose that type of career get paid more sometimes, but the price of all that they loose is much greater. It's their choice and only they can make a difference by setting up their own protective and collective guilds.

    Because China is a communist country but also with capitalism, I'm not sure how the country functions. All these allegations are ones that exist in the west. However, many of them have been publicized by strong actors unions, animal welfare groups and laws which have brought positive results. They haven't disappeared but people are more aware and rights for those in the industry have improved. I'm not sure if these advancements in the west are doable in China.

    I always said, that the animals were harmed, and just how they cast the actors were good looking, but actresses weren’t as good looking or is, but always showed as silly and stupid, they had issues with their respect towards women with an exception of a few. All of Asia have an issue of not just slender, but skinny to the point they look sick, terrible. The issue of other races too, even though they use the other race’s culture. Main thing is the banning of some issues that they can just fine them, but not their work and entire productions, waste of money, blowing money past so call capitalism. Men in top positions against actresses thats horrible, but happens in every country from here in the U.S. to all countries that have men with money. I hope that gets better.

Also the reason why I say he doesn't have a favorite still stands, if this new actress Zhao Qing chooses at any point in her career to do what Bai Lu did and fight for her own decisions in her career, he would probably do to her worse than he's doing to Bai Lu. So to YZ, people are dispensable, if you obey him and he has a need for you, he will promote you to the fullest, cover your mistakes and make sure you look good in the eyes of the audience. But when you go up against him, he won't hesitate to ruin you.

    The information in this video is applicable to all entertainment industries the world over - east, west north or south.
    Men in their most basic form are predators, and a predator with power is a predator who has no boundaries and has no human decency;
    It's the same with the Indian film and tv industry, and in India no actress or male actors (oh yes!) will dare come forward to file a complaint or speak out boldly, though there have been a couple of cases, for which one female playback singer has been suspended from finding work till the case has been resolved...it's been a few years now! and Hollywood and elsewhere also.

    Well now, seems if someone wants to really get out of a contract, all they really need to do is fake an affair, visit controversial sites, etc. The public will spit on them and forget about them soon enough. To me, a LOT of these problems stem from the toxicity of the Fandoms. They shame actors who even look "plump". Or get a tan or whatever else is in the fandoms stick up their arses. Its the fans that make these companies money, so if they don't see the money, they get on the actors. It all simply comes down to the Toxic fans. Every show ever written, shown and then cancelled is due to viewership and fans.

    I have been watching Chinese Drama for many years and over time, I have read about a lot of this. But I am not surprised. When I watch these dramas, I feel like a lot of these actors are treated like animals. The filming schedules seem so crazy and the time the actors spend in costume and makeup seems endless. And probably no comfort or privacy, these actors are not treated like Hollywood actors that are pampered. I just watched Rise of the Phoenixes and in one scene, a horse was punched on the nose and flipped over. It looked just like that one you showed us. I used to train horses and I know from watching these dramas that the animals are not treated well. Also, in the drama, Ruyi's Royal Love in the Palace, there is a foreign actor (not Chinese) and I was shocked to see him. I watch lots of these dramas and I have never seen a foreigner in them. I am thinking that the majority of Chinese directors are probably really nice to the actors, I hope. One drama I watched years ago, called Go, Go Princess, or Go Princess, Go.... I read that this drama has two endings because the CCP didnt like the original ending. I love these dramas, but I am not fond of the CCP.

    It’s a shame that the filming industry is so image conscious and only show very slim young people, this isn’t a reality in society and as such shouldn’t still be happening. People are being celebrated all over the globe for being different, the diversity that they can bring to the audience is immense. Show people of different sizes, ages, abilities/disabilities, ethnicity etc. Also if someone is a CEO of a large organisation then they are normally in their 40/50’s and not in their 20s as is often depicted in CDramas.
    Here in the UK there are strict regulations in place when animals are involved in filming and they are inspected on set to their conditions, there are also surprise inspections to ensure the welfare of the animals on set.
    Unfortunately sexual harassment happens in any workplace/industry, when seen by anyone whether it’s the victim or an eyewitness that behaviour needs to be reported and believed and shouldn’t impact on the victim’s career. The perpetrator needs to be made to be accountable for their behaviour.
    In respect of management organisations- there really needs to be an overhaul of this as what they expect the talent that they are meant to be looking after to do, filming up to 5 dramas/films a year, brand endorsement and promotion, variety shows, gala events, promoting said dramas/films and the meet/greet they organise at the press junkets. And that’s just the start of what they are expected to do from the management. It’s ridiculous, people need to have rest time for their own health and wellbeing, the schedule that these actors have is detrimental to their health.

    1,7 meter and 45kg???? Holy macaroni... Im not sure some man understand how height to weight ratio works but that sounds horrid. That weight is good for about girlies 150-155cm maybe, not girlies 170cm... And he wanted her t go down to 41kg???? That would require her to have very minimal muscle level as muscle is heavier than fat. So definetly that is not reached by workout but by pure diet. Pure diet can help lose muscles effectively losing weight (by numbers) faster... but also will make you feel exhausted all the time and make you get sick easily. But I guess this is appealing to man... that woman needs to be sickly thin to rely on them. Its like some medival way of thinking.

    Just look at what's happening here in America with P. Diddy and the entertainment industry and all its depravity being exposed. So this is worldwide and is damaging to the mental health of actors everywhere. These young people such as Ding Ding and Deng Lun's tax evasion, is due to them being heavily influenced by older ones who are a huge part of this. But it's the actors who pay for the crime, while the elders reap the benefits...in my honest opinion. It breaks my heart to watch all the disgusting aspects of the Chinese entertainment because I love the dramas so much. Should I quit watching them? That is a question I will have to deeply ponder upon.

    Everyone is human and makes mistakes. However, the casting couch exists everywhere. It really depends on the person and what they are willing to do for fame. Moreover, going to visit shrines should not ruin anyone's career. And tax evasion should also not ruin anyone's career. It's really stupid to black ball someone over money and shrines. We are all human and have our own beliefs. And as far as tax evasion it is not uncommon to have someone else taking care of your finances.
