Theres better rigs to use for bottom baits mate. Blow back rigs would be the best for that

@@conburd3338 well i used this rig today with bottom bait and i had some savage takes landed a nice 24lb cat and lost one bigger to a snag

@@jayboy189 yeah I'm not saying you wont get the runs mate just saying theres better if you're using bottom baits. Have a look at the rig Terry hearns caught the parrot on. Its nailed me some banging carp and even cats to 38
