Hear me out, I added ketchup to a Full English breakfast and invented a staple of authentic Indian cuisine: “The classic English Breakfast” One more: I added white pepper in Haggis along with black pepper and invented a true Indian Classic dish: “Peppery Haggis”. Last one: I added a little sugar to Yorkshire pudding and now I’ve created an authentic Indian dish, the “Yorkshire Sweet Pudding”.
That is the one thread British people hang on to. And it is even categorically British. The chef dumped tomato soup in a regular Indian Chicken Tikka, which is very derivative of Butter Chicken which uses Tandoori instead of Tikka pieces.

I also had no idea how popular curry is in Glasgow either. The South Asian food there is NEXT LEVEL delicious.

It was invented by a Pakistani immigrant so...if you want to be mad be mad at pakistan
