I really love Floor's lower register and she uses it quite a bit in this one. And Marco's harmonies at the end are stunning. This is a great one - it contains, of course, one of Floor's personal favourite songs... 7 Days. Last Ride is another great number and the Masters of Rock performance is one of the best.

I have seen Nighwish live and I have seen well over 100 other bands and artists in concert and the only other person with her stage presence has been David Bowie. I saw him several times and his charisma was off the charts. I never saw Freddie Mercury, but imagine he would have also been in that rare group.

You Nailed It!!! ...when you caught yourself 'just watching with your mouth open (7:31) having forgotten you were recording a video. I saw Nightwish for the first time three weeks ago in Denver (flew in from Seattle with my two teenage sons). I know EXACTLY the feeling. Was 30 feet from the stage. Through the entire show, I found myself just standing there Staring at Floor......It is Hypnotizing to see her, in the flesh, that close. ....it is HER....it is REALLY HER...and I'm here actually seeing this Live. ....and the entire band was Incredible. I was thinking to myself, I want to see this again Tomorrow....and the next day, and the next, and the next. I doubt you could ever get too much of NW and Floor ..............YES, YOU HAVE TO SEE THEM LIVE !!!!! ....Do it...whatever it takes, spare no cost.

I really miss late 90s & early 2000s keyboard-guitar battles. Finnish heavy metal scene had three of those: Tuomas&Emppu (Nightwish), Janne&Alexi (Children of Bodom), Jens&Timo (Stratovarius).
A portion of this song was like it was written for "over 9000" or "lend me your energy" scene. Or if someone was pumping pure adrenaline in me, while taking care that I do not die. Epic just isn't enough of a word.

Their "Dark Chest of Wonders," (another song title by Nightwish and pun intended, btw) is a hell of a rabbit-hole to dive into. I discovered this amazing group in late 2019, and I already envy those who are hearing this amazing stuff for the first time.
Great reaction! I feel that same emotion and epicness every time I listen to Nightwish. If I could jump into a time machine and take it to any concert, this Wembley performance would be the one. The setlist, the visuals, the pyrotechnics, the everything is perfect. I finally got a chance to see Nightwish in LA recently for the first time, and it was everything I could have hoped for, but I need to see them in Europe someday with their full production. But there is something about this show that just feels extra special to me. Tip of the cap to anyone who was lucky enough to be there.

What a jammin’ show opener! This is probably one of my favorite NW songs. I love the guitar/keyboard dual, Marco’s and Floor’s vocals, and just how much drive the song has. The score is just sensational. Love your open mouth reaction, too 😀

Shudder before the Beautiful is referring to the amazement and wonder we (The Travelers) should all feel regarding the natural world. It is all around us including the solar system and universe, which we are all a part of while traveling amongst the stars on this small spec of blue. I agree with you. The vocals should be slightly louder in the mix from this show. The bass is just a bit to loud with dampens the overall sound a little. This was from the Nightwish 2015 record, "Endless Forms Most Beautiful". many of the songs from this record revolve around a theme of wonder and appreciation for the natural world all around us. I think the magic is due to two people, even though they couldn't do it without the band, the orchestra, the choirs... I think you can guess the two people. It's Metal Mozart and the Valkyrie Goddess. Tuomas didn't get that nickname for nothing. The way he makes these beautiful and banging musical constructions that keep you on the edge of your seat is just amazing. And then we have Floor's voice over the music like a tidal wave of emotions. It really is magical.

Hundreds of fans from all over the world took part in the production of the documentary To Nightwish With Love. The result is a sincere, crazy and intimate documentary. And if I don’t remember any of the fans involved in making the documentary oa got to watch the band at Webly’s gig and meet them before the gig.

There is actually a movie by Nightwish called Imaginaerum. It was created from the idea of clips with one storyline for same-titled album with Anette. Can't say it's a fantastic movie as a separate movie, but it's quite an experience for a Nightwish fan. Storytime is from this album, so I think you might enjoy it.
It is a bizarre, dark movie about imagination, fantasy and life, based on the music of the Imaginaerum album. In the beginning long-winded, but once the story evolves the pieces come together and the story becomes clearer and more captivating. A must see.
I don't know but I think it's time for a small detour and check out a beautiful song with their first singer Tarja. I strongly suggest Nightwish - "Walking in the air" live from the DVD From wishes to eternity

There is actually a movie by Nightwish called Imaginaerum. It was created from the idea of clips with one storyline for same-titled album with Anette.
Can't say it's a fantastic movie as a separate movie, but it's quite an experience for a Nightwish fan. Storytime is from this album, so I think you might enjoy it.
It is a bizarre, dark movie about imagination, fantasy and life, based on the music of the Imaginaerum album. In the beginning long-winded, but once the story evolves the pieces come together and the story becomes clearer and more captivating. A must see.
