Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals is a great resource to help you get rolling in this industry

If i had to give my 2 cents to anyone who’s brand new. Go sell cars at a for a mega dealer for 2 years, then work in the F&I side before stepping into the big leagues of the mortgage industry. That way you already have book of business to work off of, you already have established relationships with business professionals, and most importantly you’re already a polished sales professional. If you can’t handle selling cars 11 hours a a day 5-6 days a week, being commission only, then this industry will 100% chew you up and spit you out.

Passing your exam is not enough. We need to separate ourselves from the competition.
