Join his group to make sure you pass!!! You won’t regret it 😉 but definitely do your 20 hrs with Atricia from Affinity to get your pre-licensing with. The way she explains it, is way better then Champions & Mortgage Educators. Those 2 educational programs only read off the book with no life examples to better comprehend the information. Atricia goes beyond that and helps explain everything. So AFFINITY + MLO STUDY BUDDY = LICENSED MLO ON THE 1ST TRY!!! 🏅💯🎓📚🙌🏽

Spitballing an idea. What if you did the study sessions as a live stream on TH-cam and students can give a like, buy some affiliated merchandise, and use Patrion or whatever to monetize this activity? Note: I don’t really know what I’m talking about but I’ve seen things like that on TH-cam.

I think I already responded but as I see the unsolicited advice has been given twice it makes me believe it must be some really good advice and therefore I will reply twice...I know where you are coming from...It is a balance as the host you need to make sure the audience has plenty of take-aways and the guests are tying down their stories. Some guests are nervous. Some guests don't story-tell very well. That being said, I tend to talk over people and 100% can do a much better job of shutting the eff up and listening more. There is a balance to be had...

Is it recommend to have a company to work for before taking the test ? I know you have to have your license hang up at a mortgage company.
My two cents, get licensed first. It makes you more marketable.
