@@MeghnaaadThere are alternatives you can try. Caffeine, microneedling, and rosemary has worked for me. There was a guy that was almost fully bald who grew his hair back from what I mentioned, but I think he used minoxidil too
I can see my scalp since most of my hair falled down thinning due to thyroid issue. I started using modicare morroco argon oil and thank god it saved me now tiny hairs started growing after 3 weeks of using. In addition I ve taken amla tablets, iron, vitamin D 3 and aloevera juice.
