As an La kid born and raised, I can say I have heard these legends first and foremost especially the Disney one, that's my favorite honestly. LA Is the Best City in the world, please do a part 2
Dude. Yes. I can see Wendigo, melon heads etc. Being from Michigan I have a book all about urban legends about it. Btw Petoskey is the prettiest city in Michigan

2 new urban legends videos?! It's my lucky day! Please do an urban legend video on the U.S. State of Georgia. I'm sure there's a goldmine of ghosts & ghouls just waiting to be found!
@@jacobdozier6263 , Yes, I've heard of A Haunting In Georgia! I live in Metro Atlanta. Harris county is where the haunting took place. It's on the Georgia/Alabama border. The state of Georgia is FULL of ghosts & hauntings! The only place that I've ever encountered more paranormal happenings was in Kentucky.
I've lived on Topanga canyon for 26 years and never heard of that one about the UFO's before that one's kinda a load there are a lot of ghost stories though
Years ago my friend and I were hiking through the canyon along the side of an open river that had high brush on both sides. We hear this large "something" come through the brush stopping right up to the point of the brush line. We were waiting for something to finally step out so we could see it, but whatever "it" was we could tell was just standing there staring at us. My friend, who doesn't scary easily, said to me; "We need to leave... NOW." Whatever it was didn't follow us and we couldn't get out of there fast enough. It's one of the creepiest things I've experienced to this day.
Really love this series :) I especially love how you do specific states now. Allows some more local stories to be heard. You should do all the Canadian provinces too! Love you guys and keep up the good work ❤
I am surprised you guys haven't done New Jersey yet, since it's known for its "weird new jersey" magazine for all of its urban legends. Jersey Devil anyone??
I lived in Los Angeles from May of 1979 to April of 1981. I moved back to Colorado just to replace normalcy back in my life. But there is an "Energy" there that I had felt in parts of Los Angeles. 'Hollywood Forever' was one. Sadly, when I lived there; there were homeless people with druggies that hung out in that cemetery. I played the tourist in later years, and went to 'Hollywood Forever' on a tour in the 21st century. I was glad to see it cleaned up along with all of Hollywood. Thank you for standing on your broken toe and sharing all this. I always loved this crazy old city! And the Summer of 1979 was the best summer of my life. The "Spirits" of the 'City of Angels' always blessed me. I had a great job, and a decent apartment. I never had to struggle there! SOMETHING made sure everything landed on my lap!
Lots and lots of Love all the way from Portugal. I've only just recently become a subscriber but you guys have got me hooked on this. Keep up the good work and get well soon!!!
I've been to LA several times, specifically Houma, Shreveport, Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, and of course, the Big Easy. Great people, great food, great time!
For living in Los Angeles my entire life, I have never heard of these urban legends 😂 I’ve only heard about Marilyn Monroe’s and Walt Disney’s hauntings, and Elisa Lam
As a los Angelino.. I can second this! Not to mention I have also investigated some of these things. But you forgot the battle of Los Angeles, the Roosevelt hotel.. Dracula’s castle in Palos Verdes, along with the Palos Verdes cliffs and hauntings. And the Black Dahlia. There’s a lot now that I think about it
Can't say I've technically visited L.A. because I have actually lived in Los Angeles for the past 30 years! I don't know if this is considered an urban legend, but I had some friends that lived in Burbank about 25 years ago and they said they saw really late one night, THE KKK IN BURBANK!!! WTF?!?!? I don't know if she was on drugs, but I've asked a few older residents about this and they say "Oh yeah, there are still KKK chapters in Los Angeles...she probably did see them." Yikes!!!!
Grew up in LA. All I can say it’s very very diverse. Nothing is alike there. Lots of options in everything. Dangerous streets in certain areas from watts to chesterfield square etc. Nice weather depending where you are. Near Crenshaw and Hawthorne it’s really hot. Go towards redondo the weather is so nice. It’s worth checking out that’s for sure. But very crowded and not the BEST to live in. My preference though. FYI the haunted pier story is a real story about the “night stalker” who would strangle and kill. But I mean what else is new.
Rebecca! You mentioned the home of my namesake in this video (houdini, yeah, my mom has a weird sense of humor... still), just made my Monday at work! Thanks for that! Also, I hope your toe is healed up by now. take care! (and wear heavy shoes!)
