We need more people that have your values and are not afraid to state what they are to anyone who is listening. I, too, am very tired of being told that everything I believe in is wrong, foolish, or too old fashion or religious. ??? who are they to lecture on values? You have a good, faithful and wonderful following, so you are doing things right and beautiful. Love your finish and I love all the things that you collect and want to do. I am a collector and I want to do every single last one that I have in my craft room. I am 78 and will have to live another 78 years and not purchase one more thing (that is not happening any time soon, LOL!). I have told my kids that when their Dad and I go my daughter has to go through my quilting and stitching things and my son has to go through the fish by, hunting and garage. I told them family first and then donate, donate, donate. They helped me go through their great-grandparents property and I have promised it won’t be that much stuff. Lol.
I wanted to thank you for the time you put into your videos. I get so much pleasure watching them. I appreciated your information about the different brands of silk thread. I have no local shop except for major chains like Joanne and haven’t taken the plunge to order them for a project . Your information helped me understand the price differences and what I’m actually getting. Also I’m sorry some people feel the need to be critical. It’s hard to please everyone. However, I must say that after several years of watching flosstube channels I find the crinkling of bags a happy sound. I think I associate it with cross stitch. Thanks again!
Carol thank you for spending some time talking about the floss differences. I’m a new stitcher (started last October) and I understood the cotton floss but the silk floss has intimidated me from the beginning. I really enjoy your channel. Keep on doing the things however you want to no judgment here and your faith is one of the other reasons I love your channel.

I enjoy your videos and look forward to them every time you post one. I don't think you hold things up too short a time - if I want to see something a bit longer, I pause the video. I even zoom in if I want to look at something more closely, such as to read the verse on something. I think that you should move through what you want to show us at whatever pace you want. We can watch it again if we think we missed something. And if someone thinks that you are too religious, there are certainly other channels that they can watch. I love how you are, I enjoy your sense of humor, your wit, your self-deprecation, your taste in stitching projects, your quilting ... thanks for everything. Don't change. (You see, I can be sassy, too! )

None of my friends cross stitch😢 and closest LNS’s are 2+ hours and 1 to 3 mountains, live in mountains of WV, away. The Jane Atkinson piece is fabulous! I can't get over how big that sucker is going to be! As for the critics, they need to get over themselves! Don't change a thing about how you roll! Sassy is good! I just can't wrap my head around all the choices you have when deciding what to stitch next. For now I try to stitch one piece until it is done before I start the next one. However, I must say that after several years of watching flosstube channels I find the crinkling of bags a happy sound. I think I associate it with cross stitch. Thanks again!

Carol thank you for spending some time talking about the floss differences. I’m a new stitcher (started last October) and I understood the cotton floss but the silk floss has intimidated me from the beginning. I really enjoy your channel. Keep on doing the things however you want to no judgment here and your faith is one of the other reasons I love your channel.

I love it that you have no time or cares about the critics. I think it is referred to as "keyboard courage". Loved that you showed all of the charts and I for one could watch you show your charts all day. I have an idea and a challenge for flosstubers out there. How about a "stitchibuster"? What you say? It comes from the ever so popular filibuster. You could just show all the charts all the WIPS all of the cross stitching things for an indefinite period of time or until you had no voice. LOL!!! Another wonderful video!! You have become my favorite Flosstuber and I always look forward to “your weekend” to do a video. I love that you don’t hide your faith or apologize for it!! I have heard several Flosstubers comment that they plan to remove the Christian verse from their sampler. I don't have a local shop where I can ask questions & don't understand all about the silks & over-dyed flosses! It's overwhelming. I enjoy your videos and look forward to them every time you post one. I don't think you hold things up too short a time - if I want to see something a bit longer, I pause the video. I even zoom in if I want to look at something more closely, such as to read the verse on something. I think that you should move through what you want to show us at whatever pace you want. We can watch it again if we think we missed something. And if someone thinks that you are too religious, there are certainly other channels that they can watch. I love how you are, I enjoy your sense of humor, your wit, your self-deprecation, your taste in stitching projects, your quilting ... thanks for everything. Don't change. (You see, I can be sassy, too! )

None of my friends cross stitch😢 and closest LNS’s are 2+ hours and 1 to 3 mountains, live in mountains of WV, away. So watching your FT is like us sitting together as I stitch and drool over your stitching. So you be you and to heck with the complaining😡. The Jane Atkinson piece is fabulous! I can't get over how big that sucker is going to be! As for the critics, they need to get over themselves! Don't change a thing about how you roll! Sassy is good! I just can't wrap my head around all the choices you have when deciding what to stitch next. For now I try to stitch one piece until it is done before I start the next one. Now that would make a pitiful floss tube video! LOL!!! Thank goodness my blog readers don't seem to mind. Take care!
