Sir.... D1 door mei (1.1x2.1=2.31 sqm) yehi 2.31 sqm surface area, ye Kya door ka ek side ka surface area hai?? ya dono (inside aur outside) side ka hai??? Mere hisab se agar 2.31 sqm, donoside ka hai... Tofir 2 se devide Karna sehi hai. D1 ka surface area (1.1x2.1=2.31 sqm) DRG room par 1 bar, BED room par 1 bar, WC ki samne 2 bar aur kitchen mei 1 bar... Total 5 bar include Kiya gaya hai... Isliye mere hisabse (2.31x5=11.55 sqm deduct hona chiye surf D1 ke liye)
yahi mera bhi doubt hai ki isko divide by 2 kyu kiya gaya

Sir in last case, the deduction of surface area has taken slightly wrong, it should no of surface, e.g.. in the first case D1 door the actual deduction will be 5 no. of surface, not 2.5 no. of surfaces.

Deductions for opening in plastering ki koe samaj nae ai
Surfaces divided by 2 q krte hn?
Wo is liye, kyu ki agar hum ye maan le ki door ek pura unit hai (means 1 ) lekin hume uske sirf ek hi surface or side ko consider karna ho to hum kya karenge, 1 ko adha hi consider karenge, matlab ki 1/2 kar denge, jisse hum calculation me pura door nahi balki uski sirf ek side ko hi consider kar rahe hai. Ok

Dekhiye, plastering bhi 2 tarah ki hoti hai, inside and outside or dono ek dusre se alag hoti hai, isliye hum donk ko alag se calculate karte hai. Ab agar aap inside plastering ki baat kar rahe ho to hume window ka sirf inside wala surface hi deduct karna honga, naa ki dono surface, kyu ki bahara wala surface to outside plastering me consider kiya jayenga. Thats why..

@@Technicalcivil what about in case of doors that are inside the house, in that case we would to plaster both the surfaces, therefore the total surface of D1 will be 2+2+1=5
and i case of windows you are saying we have to deduct only 2 times the area but the no of window present are 4, therefore there should be a deduction of 4 times.sir if we look in a room with 4 walls 4*3 with 4 windows of size 1.2*1, we would subtract 1.2 sqm, 4 times from 48sqm.

why we are not using no of surfaces for the deduction ....??
because by using no of doors we only consider half the area of deducting plaster
i think, plastering deduction me thodi mistake ki hai aapne
door nd gap jo inside building me hn uske to dono surface include kr rakhe hn to fir hme deduct v dono side krna hoga na?
but aapne 2 se divide kr bapas ek hi side bali deduct kie jo ki sayad galat hn.
sir, at the time plastering we add both sides area of doors inside the house but at the time of deduction why we considered only it one unit or one side side area, practically this is not possible . also in the windows case if you are plastering inside the house than you considered the whole area of window which is okay but when at the time of deduction why we considered half window why?. for example the area of drawing room is 48 metre sq and this area contain the door and window area also but you are deducting only half area of both door and window inside the room and here I am not talking the outside area. window area should be deducted 2 times first in inside wall plaster and 2nd when we doing the outside plaster.

Sir,why are you dividing the surface area deduction of doors and windowsby 2 .??
Because we have considered whole door which is having 2 surface and we are concerened only about on surface , that's why we have divided the door or window by 2 to take only one surface in calculation.
