It’s a comment for think/make a full estimates-boq of a building which will have complex mat foundation(footing, multi-beam n column etc) including minimum 2/3 floor. Bcz I didn’t found such as content in TH-cam yet !
And expecting from you bcz ur learning curve is very good then many others. I could say you give to us very best of best !!

Sir, brickwork in parapet, do we need to include varanda area
Obviously we have to provide parapet wall on the periphery on the slab, so it will include whole area of slab including verandah area. Parapet wall calculations are done in the video ...do watch complete video for better clarity. 👍🏻
you also need to deduct veranda superstructure wall

Hi sir. U calculated center line length (51.9) for footing and same length is used to calculate of brick work. But in verandah one side no wall will come plz clarify sir.......

Amazing video but i the last step I have one doubt the length of the parapet wall is 33.6 from my calculation, so is it true or my mistake?
Outer to outer length of horizontal wall is 8.9, so its Centre to Centre length is 8.75 ( because width of parapet wall is 0.15). Same for vertical wall, it's entre to centre length will be 7.75 ... As we have horizontal and vertical walls 2 in No's ...so total will be 33.0 m

but I have doubt deduction of veranda volume as you mentioned but we have not to volume only . we have to change formula of length and write 7 T junction one is minus with veranda and length subtract 3.3 which is 51.9- 3.3=48.6
No in this case we have to deduct direct volume ...We need to deduct TJunction n all if we were beneath plinth level

What if one wall width is 300 MM and one is 200 MM in same house plan then how we can find out and can we still use this method??? Please reply sir....
Yeah centreline is method will be suitable in that case also ..its just that u have to calculate Centreline length of both 300mm and 200mm separately and have to do different calculation at every step. This is because if the wall have different thickness then they have different foundation widths below walls also. So method will be same but they need to calculate separately.

Kya C.L method main T-J sub-structure aur Super-structure ke liye same hi rahate hain? Kyunki varanda par to wall construct nahi hain to waha T-J kaise banega? Pls reply sir

Bro why we consider same T- junctions and same length in brick work for superstructure
There is no wall on verandah so we have to neglect one t -junction and one length of wall
