I just made this sandwich and it turned out yum!! The double cooking which you mentioned actually worked. Was very crispy and tasted as a sandwich that I would order in some cafe. Loved it!! 😃

for some reason, I usually cook my sandwiches at extremely low heat...mostly to melt the cheese well. And due to that my sandwiches turn out crispy by itself I really don't have to cook it twice...
