Brought a copy of my resume and previously submitted references but the director already had them on hand so I didn’t have to provide them, regardless sometimes just being prepared for any situation can make you more confident.
The first few months of the job are pre-structured as it requires lots of training and shadowing.
The director seemed impressed and appreciative of the note with some tailored to the role details (not just the template) and has since offered me the position.

    Hi Richard,
Thanks for your vidoes. I have been watching your videos for quite long.
I have recently secured a much better role, your vidoes really helped.
I would say continuously watching your vidoes and shorts helps to train our mind to give better response to tough interview questions.
I would request to please make more vidoes on during job, like you did on what to do on first day at work etc.
So you can make more on, what to say on performance reviews, annual reviews, how to stand out at work, how to excell and get promoted, situational senarios like dealing with a tough manager or teammate etc.
Thank once again for helping so many people like me, wish you all the best. Free dinner on me if you come to Dubai one day 😂

Should I give a hard copy to the hiring manager on the spot just at the end of an interview or send the "Thank you notes" by email? Also, should I include the reference list (with 3 to 5 references) in the thank you notes for the hiring manager to contact?
Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.

I have seen some poorly written job descriptions. A paragraphI saw on 1 advertisement was as follows:
"We’re not looking for people searching for a ‘job', we want people looking for their forever home and are seriously passionate about".
I would say no workplace is ever described as a "forever home". This to me suggests the place is a toxic culture

well what should we insert in the 30, 60 and 90 day plan ?? I´m afraid that if we do so, the employer would find us overcqualified because we mention tasks that maybe are not a part of the role (there is only so little mentioned in the job application ...)
