心綺楼発売記念
公式タイトルに列する東方キャラに声を当てる、という事がタブー視されている以上、
目立った動きをする度に原作ファンから批判が噴出し、その度に製作者は自重を強要される。
過去に似た出来事を経験し、今はアンダーグラウンドで行われているmugenのキャラにボイスを作る事も考えたが、自分の中で
「これはmugenのためにコンバートされたキャラであって非想天則のキャラと違う」
と違和感を覚えてしまい、食指が動かなかった。
もし心綺楼でもボイス作成ツールが作られれば、また同じような事をすると思う。
自分の頭の中にある心綺楼キャラの声をどうしても再現したくなる。
「お前ん中ではそうなんだろう。お前ん中ではな」とばっさり切り捨てられる瑣末な妄想でしかないが、
自分が本来のものと何か違う、足りないと思える時点で、そこに新しい自分だけの発想が生まれていると思う。
しかし多くは発想と呼ぶに値しない、ただの妄念かもしれない。
そうだとしても自分はその妄念を煮詰めては何らかの形で放流させていくのが楽しくて仕方がない。 - เกม

6/10 marisa didn't yell out "final spark"

It's just that she got like 3 different cards that are the final spark.
One where she shoots from up above, you where she shoots it upwards, and this one.

No, that was the Sure-Fire Master Spark. There's only one Final Spark, and that's the one she fires diagonally upwards. The others are Master Spark, Sure-Fire Master Spark and Dragon Meteor.

btw cirno is voiced by Rurima (RRM姉貴 or るりま) who also voiced Reimu in Cookie☆ and here. Suwako and Yukari in this voice patch too.
Why are people so surprised that Youmu has an unladylike voice? The whole point of her character is that she's pragmatic and disciplined as one would expect a trained swordswoman to be - this is further played up by her role as a foil to Yuyuko who comes off as elegant and likes to tease Youmu for being so strict. I know Touhou is supposed to be packed with girly-girls, but some girls just aren't very girlish.
Youmus voice is fitting but just a bit off I find it a bit to low, but it fits to some degree

In all seriousness, if Youmu's voice was a bit higher, and has a bit of naivety to it, it would fit. Other than that, it's fine.

How does your voice affect your girliness? How are those related?
I really like the voice acting. They melt in with a few of the characters personality perfectly. Even without the voice acting we can still relate to the characters traits, personality and appearance. But are there any other voices that didn't quite match?

Well Japanese characters in games just tend to have normal names for the most part. It doesn't always relate to western games exactly because they tend to use professional names that aren't real. That or have a mix of different country names all in one setting which doesn't actually happen. Names are adapted often but they are changed when they are too ingrained into a language.
Japanese games generally have a lot more realism aside from the fantasy aspects of the game. So they want the characters to have names that actual people are likely to have to them. Literally so people can see it and go this is the same as my name! xD Basically they believe more in immersion.
I’m 100% certain Suwako’s voice here uses Miyako’s from Melty. I’d recognize that FIGHTO! OHH! & KURUGAII! anywhere
I think i'm in love with Yuyuko's voice. it's amazing. All the voice actresses did a great job!

komachi and suika got some amazing voice acting

She sounds same as Rider Drake from Fate/Grand Order.
Komachi's voice is goddamn perfect. Some of these voices you can just tell immediately who the character is even if you've never tried the patch before--it just _fits_ the character somehow, and Komachi's one of them.
Komachi sounds really mature and serious.
Even though she's lazy it fits her really well.
To me personally it feels a bit weird since Komachi isn't really known for being one of the older members of the cast (at least to my knowledge) It also reminds me of Francis' voice from the "Fate" series though it suits her a bit less compared to the others (from my POV, IDK how old Komachi is)
Of note, Yomu's voice also reminds me a lot of Artoria from the "Fate" series as well.
Komachi's voice sounds like it would fit Yuuka more instead to be honest

Iku's voice was by Kimiko Koyama. I'm currently trying to find the others.
Hmm... I began to catch onto a pattern: Whoever was being shown with their voice files was beating up who was next, but then that pattern got broken with Suika beating up Tenshi and Reisen showing up immediatly after, and after Reisen beat up Suwako, a new pattern begin, which was whoever was being shown beating up whoever was shown just before them, which got broken by Sanae beating up Reimu, only for it to return immediatly after with Cirno beating up Sanae.

There are some pro voice actors in this cast. For example, Suika is voiced by Chiwa Saito, who also voices Senjougahara from Monogatari and Homura from Madoka Magica.

@@Wee2Yang Wow, this is a trip down memory lane, but I vaguely remember the patch itself needed to be "turned on" and left on before even booting up the game or something along those lines, I'm not sure, it's been literally a decade since I used it.
