Turmeric powder - ½ tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Onion - 3 (Finely chopped)
Garlic - 8 big cloves
Tomato - 1 big

ഈ മസാല അരക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ നല്ലൊരു സ്വാദിഷ്ടമായ വാസന ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ... നല്ല രുചിയായിരുന്നു .. ഗ്രവി കുറച്ച് കുറഞ്ഞു പോയി ..എന്റെ ഭാര്യക്കും കുട്ടികൾക്കും അത് ഇഷ്ടമായി... ഇതുപോലുള്ള അതേ പാചകങ്ങൾ ഞാൻ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.... നന്ദി മിയ
