- These are some of the settings that improved my gameplay experience with Ghost Recon Breakpoint.

Game Info:
Breakpoint is a tactical shooter game set in an open world environment. It is played from a third-person perspective and uses an optional first-person view for aiming weapons. Players take on the role of Lieutenant Colonel Anthony "Nomad" Perryman, a member of the Delta Company, First Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, also known as "Ghosts", a fictional elite special operations unit of the United States Army under the Joint Special Operations Command. The game world, Auroa, is an open world environment that features a variety of landscapes, and these can be used for tactical advantages.

Most important settings change would be turning gear level off.

Seriously. Gear levels are the dumbest things I've ever come across!!!
If your playing correctly, having the camera switched to your default side when leaving cover will expose you to enemy fire more often then help you stay concealed. When exiting cover to the left for example, you want your weapon on the left shoulder so you can have line of sight on the enemy position ready to fire down range. This also applies when entering and exiting buildings, pieing doorways and corners ect. Just something to keep in mind.
Exactly what I was thinking. This is more like for someone who has an ocd. Shoulder switch is a good thing in my opinion.
it is open gameplay, there is no "playing correctly".
@@abhimanyuverma1274 i get very ocd about which shoulder I’m looking over as I prefer my right side over the left.
I do like being able to switch shoulders to give a better angle.

You need to either turn the music down low or OFF because it's difficult to hear you with it playing.
Sorry about the loud music. I changed that on the next videos and probably will remove the music in future videos.

I agree with OP. I always see (No offense) these smaller TH-camrs / channel with either really loud techno / rap music in the beginning, or throughout the video. In this case it impedes hearing the guy talking. But everytime I come across these smaller channels, they all do the same thing and it doesn't leave an impression. And if it does that, chances are no one is going to remember that TH-camr. Other than that, I like the vid and nothing against the dude who made it

This game desperately needs FOV to be added to the settings. It would make the game so much better and with your FOV extended it would be more playable. I don’t understand why they didn’t add this as standard because Field Of View on an OWM makes the gameplay so much better.

Love these tips! They are user preference as I fully agree with the first 2 steps, but the last one with always show minimap I have turned off. I've always played open world games with map on but looking to adapt to new experience with map off which I find creates more of an immersion for me.

I'm always amazed at different peoples preferred ways to play games. The settings you stated in the video are just personal preference. I'm particularly on the camera and over shoulder options myself. I set everything a very specific way and only enjoy playing it that way. I have a character to use with gear level and all turned on and one turned 9ff everything for immersive mode. It's almost separate games with various world events turned on and off

Been playing it since it came out and since they have new changes to make it more realistic, so far I love it and all but when I’m in night vision how do you turn off the flashlight it’s really annoying and because of how bright it is, messes up my shot placement and accuracy

I love the first time as I can get pretty ocd about which shoulder view im looking over ws I prefer my right for most of the time
Good video, For me just turning up the Gamma setting helped me the most because in ghost war it's really dark in sections of the maps.

sometimes when i drive a vehicle it is really slow, with a helicopter i can’t go up or down, in the tacmap i can’t zoom. how do i fix all these problems??????

Same settings I use except I keep my minimap large, you can see the white materials markers better. Oh and I made my FOV a bit wider I think... to more closely resemble The Division 2.

I don't play with any of these features I like the mouse control of which side I'm looking cos the cover lock can be really rubbish so it's good to stay on but toes and I play only on realism as much as possible so no mini map but.. I do have guide markers ie just way points cos if u could not mark the map and see it really slows the game Down cos u don't have a on screen cumpass but each to there own

Camera reset ok I can agree.. unless you are traversing to the right around the cover so you have full left arm view as you progress around lol
