I was having a day at work a few weeks ago and I said to the guy I was working with that I wanted to go home, have a grilled cheese sammich for lunch and just play with my GI Joe’s. He paused for a moment and said “ do you actually have GI Joe’s and sadly I do not. But you do. Well done sir.

This is very inspirational. Seeing your process makes me want to do the same for an Eternia landscape for my Masters of the Universe collection.

That’s GI Joey to all you Cobra peasants! 😊 For a “glue it together and see what happens” crafter you have amazing vision and imagination. I love the resources you use too, like the jewelry wire, window screen, and lazy susan to name a few. Epic video!

Thank you! I never really plan things out to the fine details. I usually just have a basic idea of what I want and then just start crafting and see what happens, and then if its going well I get inspired and it steamrolls from there.

FAAAN~TASTIC BROTHER!!! I know what it takes to do this kind of scale detail. Luckily you have the room. I have my basic JOE stuff displayed as I'm being evicted at no fault of my own and haven't been able to get a place to move where I can display like you. Hopefully, I can get good luck soon so I can do something even a bit as cool as yours. VERY AWESOME BROTHER!!!

I agree the white drybrush on the rock edges really add to it. The resin water came out amazing too. Awesome work!

The white paint highlights are crucial! I'd like to learn how t airbrush eventually. I think I could have put more detail in the water had I the skills.
