Biting is an aggressive and unsocial behaviour, in long run you must work on his pre learning skills, focusing waiting, tolerance against his wishes and social interaction with others. Try to find out occasions/ environments and persons with whom he does it. Pl try to avoid the opportunity whenever possible, educate him using pictures and social stories, reinforce him when not doing it.
