Not a drone. Just another RC-135 in for depot-level maintenance at the local L-3 facility. Pretty normal for this area, actually.
Yea those come through quite often, the T-38 is occasional
The chase plane it a T-38 I believe. Despite them flying over/around my house all the time I have never gotten a good look at one of the chase planes.
Also not at all abnormal.
Wing tanks suggests CF-5D.
The RC-135 may have had an F-15 escorting it. These planes are Top Secret. You can see them but you most don't know what they do.
