    Sir I will implement it tomorrow because I am watching it at 8 am .
    What I learned
    * 20/20/20 rule :
    20 min move, 20 min self reflect,20 min learning activity .
    By trying it for 7 days I found it excellent literally. I live in Delhi and the winter is in peak.
    Pehle lag rha tha itni thand mein subah workout kon kare but when I did my body is experiencing heat and energy and the 20 min meditation and 20 min learning activity (I selected the video I have to watch in range of 20 minutes. I enjoyed it .

    DAY 13
    I wake up daily at 5 am but I don't know what to do after waking up so i waste my morning golden hours. , so from today I will follow these 20/20/20 rule.
    In the first 20 min -intense exercise.
    Next 20 min - Self Reflecting Activity.
    Next 20 min - Learning Activity 😊.
    Don't give yourself any chance to make excuses.
    Give your best to improve life by becoming a better version of yourself daily😊.
    Always Remember What you give will return to you😊.
    I promise to myself I will follow these routine from tomorrow onwards for next 66 days😊.

      You know today I was about to skip my practice session coz I was feeling very stiff, than I recalled a learning from the book that we should have to do that things we never did to get there where we want. And yes its so true initially it was difficult but as I left the bed, it was all pumping. And post my morning rituals I Meditate which has been a immense blessing for me.

    1) subah uth kar hamein apne 1 hour ko 3 parts mein baat dena h phele ke 20 minutes move dusre 20 minutes mein mediation aur tisre 20 minutes reading karna.
    2) hamein procastinate nhi karna h yani kaam nhi talna h
    3) Apne aap ko subah uthne ke liye motivate karo to achieve the goal
    4) daily meditation karne se hamara focus bahut improve ho jata h

    Hello its day 13 and I am excited alot not only for the challenge but also the book we get today, it is the first book which I read when I was started reading habit. Getting this video is ❤ and take me back at that time 😊. Okay now,
    Today's learning :
    1.what you do in next 60 min after waking up that make your day and life .
    2. Procrastination create self guilt , but when we complete our commitment, work or promise we remain self motivated.
    3.focus on strength not on short comings, if you truly love yourself you will work for your success no matter what and how you feel .
    4.give more importance to increase your physical, mental and spiritual power and also stronger your personality and get better result by using moring habit .
    5. Use morning habit or rule 20/20/20 . 20 min of intense exercise, 20 min of meditation ,journaling and 20 min of learning , read books or listen podcast etc .
    6.to wake up at 5am , have clarity and strong motivation to get up and promise to get up at 5am atleast for 66 days . This make it as habit .
    7. Write how you want to see things happen , what you going to do or how you want to feel for your upcoming days .
    8. Write your perfect desired day , what good happen yesterday and how to spend today and Express your gratitude for good things happened, this give clarity and awareness.
    9.write down your suppressed sorrows , find our inner feeling related to it coming out and we becoming free from it . And release positive energy from this negative energy or sorrow .
    10. Make plan and work on the field in which you want to be better . Develop and increse basic skills .
    11. 3x your learnings . Keep learning, became knowledgeable became more valuable. Read biographies of successful and great people , what they do and how they get it .

    Day 13 - Thank you Sir for explaining The 5 AM Club book. My takeaway from this book are follow 20/20/20 rule to stay energetic and productive throughout the day. To avoid procrastination make realistic goals to work with discipline. During the situation focus on postive things. Take care of physical, mental, spiritual power to work on strong personality. Through practicing morning habits leads to focus and commitment towards the goals. Note down your feelings in the journal to release emotions, feel postive. Keep working on skills, read autobiography of famous personalities to work on ownself and enjoy the life journey.

    Robin sharma talks about the importance of waking up early in the morning. It gives an extra time to plan our day ahead. All the succesful and bilionaires around the world wake up early. It is the best time to meditate and be ourselves. He calls it the golden hour. Dividing it into three parts of 20 min each, the first 20 min to be used in workout for physical fitness, the other part for journalling and meditation for self analysis and the last parr to learn a new skill. The first hour of the day sets the schedule for the whole day.

    1.wake up early
    2.give importance to the first 60 mins after waking up
    3.follow the 20-20-20 rule. do exercise for 20 mins, do self reflection like meditation or journalling for 20 mins, and 20 mins to learn something new. at the beginning of this process, try to do this activity as simple as you can make it a habit
    4.stop making excuses, focus on your strength and clear your reason to wake up early and be motivated

    1-use your first 60 minutes by rule of 20/20/20
    2-first 20 mins intense exercise to move(increases productivity,stress reduced, self awareness increase,live longer)
    3-next 20 mintues for self reflection by journaling,prayer, meditation, plan your day (increases positivity,self confidence,performance,decison making ability, redices reactivity)
    4-last 20 minutes to learn something new activities like review your goals,read books,listen to self improvement or study(increases income,possibilities,new earning skills,ideas for being successful)
    ---@We will still lack at waking up at 5 o'clock we have to look for
    1-clarity and strong motivation
    2-wake up for 66 days at 5 o'clock to make a habit of it
    3- dont listen to excuses stick to your gaols and schedule
    --this things will make you physically,mentally and spiritually stronger with right attitude and strong personality.
    ---you are unique and your powers to yourself and others

    • The first hour of our day at morning is very important.
    • Our First hour divided into 3 parts (20/20/20mins) :
    First 20 mins. We have to do some exercise, deep breath and hydrate our body.
    Second 20 mins. We have to do meditation, prayer, gratitude and plan our day.
    Third 20 mins. We have to read books, reviewing our life's goals.

    DAY-13 Learning outcomes...
    You cant change your life by waking up early in the morning only but as well as you gotta take action.
    What you give to your life, the life gives you.
    Apply 20/20/20 rule into your life.
    In first 20 minutes MOVE.. do exercise, hydrate body. Benefits - increase focus and productivity.
    In next 20 minutes REFLECT
    do activities like journaling, plan your day, gratitude, awareness
    In Last 20 minutes GROWTH... Read new and learn something new.
    Love learning
    Do it for 66 days to make it a habit.
    Don't make excuses, remember your goal be clear to your goal.
    Actually I am a night owl I work upon my goals at night and I sleep at 4 o clock at night. But from 15 my college new semester will start so I will have to wake up in the morning. So I will start this challenge from 15 .

    Day 13 :- Iss book ko mein avoid karta tha , coz I also thought the same before Diwali 2022, but after that when I have to wake up early to drop my mother over the temple at early 4.30 am.During that time , I watch reels after droping her. But slowly slowly I become early morning people rather than night owl. I am really greatful for generating this habit.
    3 things which I always do from this book :-
    1)Walking up early at 4:30 am
    2) Writing daily journal, with both positive and negative feelings from last 7 years.
    3) Stock market related each and every Skill I learned to upgrade my earning potential.
