I ordered AG01 gimbals when I put in my pre-order, They turned up yesterday so now I've just got to wait for my radio 😂 I have the tango 2 pro currently with ELRS on the back but the pro gimbals are getting sloppy from the folding mechanism 🤷♂️
i wait til around summertime next year around june, i feel like they made the look bland on purpose so they release a more premium looking version later. i only have my tx16s for just over a year. the AG01 gimbals are awsome they instantly make you a smoother flying pilot

@@WhirlyBloke fair enough. Just for notes: I preordered through GetFPV. In the same order, I added enough stuff to amount to about $450. WB is obviously not GetFPV, but after a good couple days of wondering, I sent them a note. I got a rather curt reply from Pam saying that they “don’t do partial shipments.” So now I’ve paid a vendor about $300 for goods that I will not receive until these lovely radios begin shipping. Terrible look for GetFPV. Terrible look for Pam. Think hard before you preorder anything from GetFPV in the future. RDQ doesn’t have this problem.
For anyone into their bling, I've confirmed with Radiomaster that the tx16s gimbal LED kit is compatible with the boxer too.

I pre-ordered one. Now I will have two Mambo style radios...lol! Edge TX is the way to go. However will not give up my TBS modules.

The AG01 gimbals are so nice and now they have a wide range of colours. I still like the original silver and black.

Pre-ordered it, hoped to see the front cover removed. You think I can remove the plastic completely? I'm thinking of spray-paint or hydro the front.
It looks easy. I just wanted to get back to using it quickly so I didn't bother. Someone will do a full teardown soon, probably MadRC.
