Thank you so much for this video, I recently got this harbor freight headlamp with a free promotion they were having, and I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to open the battery part, thanks to your video I know how to now.
I got one of those the other day. The instructions say the battery compartment opens OPPOSITE the on/off switch. No, the batt compartment opens the SAME SIDE as the on/off switch. This video was helpful showing that. I got it to work, but I galled up the end of the batt compartment opposite the on/off switch...which still works fine. Goofy instructions.
