There’s just something about your videos, I actually watch them thru completely. It’s entertaining, and SUPER motivating. Your videos are such good quality as well, I just wanna say that these vids r incredible 100/10
I just recently ran across your videos, I just took up running again after many dormant years and I find your videos as informant as they are enjoyable. Thanks and please keep posting.
One con about the vaporflies is that if you are a new-ish runner and you jump into these for a track workout with fairly weak ankles, you will have a rough time. The squishiness of the foam combined with the firmness of the plate really does a number on underdeveloped ankles and can set you back for a couple of weeks. This happened to me and the best way I could describe them is "chaotic". You need to have strong ankles to maintain consistent foot strike angles through ground contact to make sure you don't sprain them.
Great presentation, I love my Endorphin Speed 2s. They really are a great value for the quality of the shoe. I cannot justify buying the Vaporfly but I am sure they are amazing.
Do you recommend the Saucony Endorphin Speed 2s if its my only running shoe for training? My other main option would be some brooks shoe probably a glycerin.
I've never worn the dragonfly xc version so I can't for sure, but if you use the regular dragonflys they can also be used for track so you get more use out of them overall
pegs are neither reactive nor cushioned and they have pretty poor support. if youre gonna go for just one shoe do a brooks ghost or sum. i go for nike infinity rn and the invincible just for steady/LR and then a workout shoe
endorphin speeds are just superior

Nice collection😍👏🏻
I’ve got the same color Speed 2’s. Awesome shoe but except when it’s damp or raining, they can get slippery
Babe wake up, new The Matthai Twins video dropped
I have the same color on the VF2 🔥🔥🔥
I need another pair of speed 2s/3s they are one of my favorite shoes ever. They sell out so fast though💔
Would you recommend the Onspike 10000, the Dragonflies, or the Dragonflie XCs for HS XC?
