My SG portfolio is 95% Reits (CLR, MIT, Ascendas, CICT, K71U) and a little (about 5% ) of BN4 (Keppel Limited). I am making very good return on S-REITS right now, Thanks to Josh videos since July 2023. I was convinced by him on REITs . Of course, the purchase i did earlier suffers a bit initially but now mostly are all high GREEN. I just watch the growth each day. No intention to sell!

I prefer pure india funds that has gives exposure to Sensex. Feel its better than Cap India Trust Hence I have leaned towards only the bigger reits. Hope it clarifies POV k.
Of course buy while others r fearful ,I added more shares to average down my reits n i m in the money now,was down a few thousand dollars before. It’s still not too late, it’s up now but with more interest rates cut,REITS will go higher. Buy any banks is just as good..UOB, DBS

@@Aki-wq6xh that’s the point when no one is fearful,it means good time is on the horizon. Any REIT Josh mentioned is just as good…but I like the data centre reits due to AI

Why will it go down again with interest rates cut? It might b priced in so it might trade sideways until more cuts. I bought gold in anticipation of rates cut, up in unrealized gain..
