Pickleball: "Simplify 3rd Shot Drop", Deb Harrison

We just released a new episode called “Simplify 3rd Shot Drop". There are many ways to execute the 3rd shot drop. This one emphasizes using more LEG and LIFT with the paddle making sure to have apex of ball be on YOUR side of net and get to NVZ as fast as possible while stopping and being in balance/control BEFORE you hit each drop . As with any shot, drill and practice are essential for success.
