The video explanation is very helpful and helps understand the info well! Honestly I would like to watch longer videos!
Thank you for this excellent video, I love how you explain everything 🙏 and I bought the two books , they are very informative and easy to understand
@@mviveco Thank you so much 🙏❤️
do you have your books in French version please?
Thank you so much for your interest in my books! I'm so sorry, they are only available in English. The Pole Anatomy book is available in Spanish (digital copy only).
@@ThePolePT I'm sad to read that. I hope one's in French one Day. I don't know any books like this in France and Belgium 💋💋💋
Love your channel !!
Thank you so much! :)
Thank u for this.
omg studying anatomy.. this is sooooo amazing !! xx sending love!!
Yaaay! Thank you so much! 😘😘
hi , this is wonderful can i know what all softwares do you use to make these anatomy videos
Thank you so much! Sorry for the slow response! I use 3D animation software called Maya! 🙌
The content of these videos is very good. Can you tell me which app you use to generate the arrows in the video? I study nursing and it would help me a lot for my practice videos.
Hey, thank you so much! This one was such a long time ago now, so I'm trying to remember exactly how I did these... I'm pretty sure I drew the arrows in Photoshop (or possibly bought some arrow graphic templates) and added them to Premier pro where I edit my videos. That's probably not super helpful because I'm sure there are easier ways to do it nowadays with an app! 😅😅
Cute video!!
Thank you for these videos. They really are helpful. I wanted to know if you have diastasis recti can you still pole dance? I find it difficult to hold myself let alone keep myself on there for long because my muscles are weak and still pretty open. Could you please do a video on this or give advice on this. Thank you
Hey, so sorry for the slow response. It's tricky to answer that because it depends on so many things. Generally, if I have a client with diastasis recti, I would start return to pole completely 'off the pole' with gradually progressed core focused work, aiming to close that gap as much as possible and building up really gradually to movements back on the pole. Once back on the pole, again building up with less core-intensive movements and working intensity up gradually. I'm not sure if this is helpful but hopefully gives you an idea about how the process of that typically works. If you haven't already, finding a physio who specialises in diastasis recti would really help as it certainly sounds like you could benefit from some off the pole exercises to get things feeling strong again for pole. 💪
Is there an app that has this info?
Hey, thank you so much for your comment. Apologies for the slow response! Sorry, there is no app for these. They are all in my book and the book comes with 3D models of each move! You can find more information here: www.thepolept.com/poleanatomy/ Thanks! Neo x
You are literally so beautiful and goddess like it’s unreal.. and you speak so beautifully. You are so lovely to watch and listen to, and you’re so concise and easy to understand in your explanations. I loveee how detailed you make the explanations. This is such important content to have!!! Thank you!❤❤❤
Ahh you are so kind, thank you so much! ❤❤❤
I love this
Thank you so much! 💚
Ayesha is my nightmare even after many years of practicing... Thanks for the explanation !
Your skeleton has nice long arms. I feel that the starting position for people with a short limb and long torso combination needs to be adjusted a little to be successful.
Oh individual adjustments are important, for sure! 🙌 Just like we all have a preferred squat stance etc... there's the 'general' demo, but then lots of individual deviations around it depending on all kinds of things - limb length, body type, mobility level etc.
I love your videos! thanks for sharing
Thank you so much! :)
Thank youuu 😍😍😍
❤
Thanks for all this info. I am struguling with invert - i keep ending my pozition in the middle (like the egg on the pole). Its a lot more than core strength... i have one question though: is it easer for ppl who are more fit to do the invert? Does it have to do with how much weigth you carry? Thanks in advance🤍
Apologies for the slow response! Thank you so much for watching and for reaching out! I believe that for those of us who are more bottom heavy/pear shaped 🙋 it can make it more challenging for moves like inverts and shoulder mounts - and if you already have a good base level of strength and fitness it certainly helps, but it's always just a case of building the strength and working on the technique/skill side of it, no matter where you're starting from. :)
I actually find shoulder mounts so much easier than inverts. 😅 I can deadlift into a shoulder mount, but I struggle to keep my butt up in inverts. But I have stronger triceps than biceps and I believe that's why.
That makes a lot of sense to me because the one part of the invert that I think is more challenging than SM is probably the eccentric bicep movement - controlling the straightening of the arms during the tip back. I talk about this a bit more in my blog post, but in the SM it's more of an isometric tricep contraction. I'd say SM is also more of a vertical pull whereas invert moves more from vertical to horizontal. That may have an impact, too! Some other people that prefer SM have talked about the ability to create tension from the pole making it easier for them to engage. Bodies, brains and pole... so fascinating! 🤓
You missed the skin pain element of the shoulder mount 😂😂😂😂
Haha oh that struggle is REAL! 😅
@ThePolePT Indeed!! I need to get back on the pole and get nice and numb again 🤣🤣🤣
@@theveryplumdarcey So frustrating that the skin burn always seems to be the hardest part when you come back after a break. 😫We forget how much it hurts! Ah pole - always so humbling! 😅
@@ThePolePT Ever so humbling dear 😆
Love this!!!! I been goi g through your shoulder mount training workbook and I love it!

I just finished your book😍💣 It is INCREDIBLE and 100000% worth it!!! Thank you for this incredible work and every information you provide 😍
Aww thank you SO MUCH! 😘😘😘
Thank you, had this problem this past weekend.
Any advice around avoiding forearm pain in the bottom arm (I get a spike of pain after releasing from a split grip)? Pretty sure I have the strength but wondering if it's incorrect position or alignment.
Hey, thanks for watching! I put some tips in my blog post here: www.thepolept.com/strength-for-pole/6-x-tips-for-a-strong-split-grip/ Tips 4 and 5 cover positioning and also entry and exit, but the general strength tips will be useful, too! 🙌💗

Very useful information thank you 🙏🏻
I've just rediscovered your channel, and really needed to hear this today. Especially the bit about building up gradually. I'm new to pole, but fairly strong from other aerial arts I do. It's tempting to run before I can walk, but the niggling in my elbows is warning me to be careful!!
That's the problem, right - it's just soooo much damn fun! I think walking that line is honestly the hardest bit to get right! Always best to listen to those niggles and play the long game! :)
I absolutely love nerd pole
