- (Oh, and I should have also mentioned that when you look at the map, the game tells you your approximate location in the bottom-left part of the screen!)
At the time of recording this video, Arma Reforger does not show you where you are on the in-game map, but by using your compass, map, road-signs, power-lines & the map features around you, you'll quickly work out your position and be able to travel cross country accurately.

Need to add being placed in the middle of nowhere, with no power lines and with nothing really significant except hills or mountains.

Just started playing tonight and spent a hour driving around trying to find the fight. At one point someone started shooting at me but heck no. No way are you stopping my adventures.

Which way is north on compas, north or south for the small arrow on Russian side

Silly question, when I press K, it shows the compass to my left really tiny and cannot put it in front of me like you do.
How do you do it? Is there a different key for that?

Nobody uses the protractor…USE THE PROTRACTOR ON THE MAP! You can shoot an azimuth and then follow the degrees on your compass instead of using only cardinal directions and landmarks

even with this i cant help but feel its not needed, sure on a survival game great but on a more army like game idk what to call it , it just makes for a worse player experice to get around , do squad things etc.
its a massive downgrade
