Hey man great videos just subscribed. Quick question, how do you flip through your reminders list on the widget? Is it a smart stack? Mine only allows me to show one list.
Am I getting this right: when you add a task to a “smart list”, it automatically gets added to your default list (which isn’t and can’t be a “smart list”)? And therefore, if you want a task that is added to a “smart list” to appear in a different regular list, you have to modify that task individually? And furthermore, if you don’t move these tasks to a different regular list, then your default list will redundantly show the same number of overall tasks as the “All” widget?
A smart list is just a filter or way to view tasks that are within regular lists. So if you add a task to a smart list it’s actually being placed into one of your standard lists. Any time you make changes to it in the smart list or standard list it’ll apply in every view.
You can reorder your tasks on iPhone by clicking the 3 dot menu > sort by > choose an option. So if you have a “tomorrow” list you can reorder it however you see fit by clicking “manual.”
Ahh, it sounds like you are using the “scheduled” list in reminders. It doesn’t look like you can rearrange that list unfortunately. It’s just chronological.
@@chriscardoso I’m talking about the Today tasks in the Scheduled list. Like you said there is no way or rearranging it. But the moment the clock turns 12.01 at night it moves into the stand alone Today list and from there it can be rearranged. I think Apple have deigned this on the notion that you get up every morning and put your tasks in the order you plan to do them. Unfortunately I order my tasks at night. This is a big deal for me. I wish there was a way to get around this.
Hi, when I try to make a Tomorrow Smart List (Relative Range In "In The Next Day" and "Include Overdue" checked on), it's showing me the next day's as well as today's tasks. Any idea what I am doing wrong. Thanks.

Thank you for joining along! You’ve got it. It’s a Smart Stack with multiple lists from reminders.

On another note, is there any way to re-order the tasks in Tomorrow view but do that today itself - i.e. on the day before.

@@chriscardoso Hi thanks, but I can't see a 3 dot menu near the Scheduled area on the desktop and on the iPhone there is one but no reorder option.

I don’t believe you are able to make a “tomorrow” list without including today’s tasks. Sorry!
@@chriscardoso Ok thanks for the reply.
How did you get the list of icons to populate?
When click “add list” you should be able to select an icon and background color!
