Kapag may sira ang sasakyan, matetengga sya ng 3 months kase wala pa daw ung parts, hinihintay pa na dumating from China. Pagkadating and napalitan na ung defective part, after 1 month sira na naman, wait na naman another 3 months. So ang hirap ata maachieve nung 4 repair attempts within 12 months kase pwedeng sabihin nung dealer na "wala pa po ung parts and need pa maghintay ng x months"

What if there is a connivances between manufacturer or dealer with the DTI officer, uso kasi yong lagayan or under the table edi kawawa yong consumer naman makakabayad pa danyos.

Damn ang tagal at haba ng process.. Either way talo customer dito kasi expecting na walang issue car tas Lemon pala, pinaghirapan pa naman yung pinambili, this is troublesome for both parties

Weak ang lemon law dito sa Pinas, pabor na pabor sa dealer. Samantalang lawsuits ang inabot ng Ford sa US, UK, Australia etc.
Wondering …what repair attempts means ?
Our Car won’t move and dealer had to tow to their the Casa and keep the car for 24 hours (scan and error fix/OBD ) is that considered Repairing process or not ?
Boss paano po, sa 4mos old palang ng unit dami ng issue, na rephase na ung rotor disc, cv joint leaking. 3 attempts na ang wheel alignment, and wheel balance. Pabalik2 na ako sa casa pero iba ibang issue
Sir paano kung wheel alignment, three times na natried tapos may ibang issue din ung unit? 10k mileage
Masyadong mahaba na yung 4 repairs within 12 months..

I read about 2 cases wherein the consumers won their respective disputes: 1 against a Mazda dealership and 1 against a Chevrolet dealership.

Well, only after four repair attempts for the same issue (lahat failed) can it be considered a lemon.
And by the time na considered na yung oto as such, hindi mo na dapat ginagamit para hindi ka maaksidente.
Grabe yung process. Sobrang hassle. Haha

Did not explain why a car with defects is called a lemon car..not orange, apple, etc
