    A Father should always tell his son he loves him. Don't wait till it's to late.

      It's not that easy for people who've been through hardships like Big Dave has. We can sit here and say "But it is" but it really isn't. You are right though we need to tell our kids we love them everyday but I understand 100% where he's coming from as I had the same kindve relationship with my father and that's where I learnt to love my son harder than my dad ever loved me.

    The Brotha Dave Latele my coach and captain and fellow inmate in Hautu prison farm Tongariro 1987-88 he was finishing a ten year stint for armed robbery and meet his future wife a prison warden at the time we were incarcerated. I was a 19 year old 'no it all' and was a young patch member for the mob and saw Dave as a strong, capable leader with his wisdom and cultural literacy and sensitive mannerism towards Maori (he Samoan) which was unique and refreshingly inspiring. He was also a fitness person and introduced me to rugby league. Never forget this real genuine man awesome clip.

    I love this. Real men having real loko for eachother. Always have the conversations thats needed with our kids hand in hand with the conversations thats wanted. Fathers and sons relationships can sometimes be made hard by the past. I wish i had more of these conversations with my father that raised me who has now passed. Watching this, makes me want to find and build a relationship with my real father that i do not know.

    Didn’t he say in the beginning there two types gang members, one wanting the trouble and the other born into it ? So it wouldn’t be a gang Fathers Fear at all

    • @nztoma
      @nztoma ปีที่แล้ว

      @Inappropriately Me just people say one thing then say something that counters that, that’s all I was pointing out. Fathers in the gang must be ok with there kids joining the gang or they wouldn’t be in such high numbers joining. It’s just data. But yer was happy ending for this family they done bloody well get out, up to ourselves to get out not the state or the government.

    • @nztoma
      @nztoma ปีที่แล้ว

      @Inappropriately Me you can say that about anything to walk a mile, and there is plenty of research and data on these circumstances, I will continue to give my thoughts on any subject I feel like 👍

    • @nztoma
      @nztoma ปีที่แล้ว

      @Inappropriately Me you can get good data from internet, don’t be fooled by people that want to keep you close minded. Seek and you shall find, takes effort and alittle time but it’s all there
