I absolutely loved your reaction to this! Frankly, I do the same thing every time I watch it with them popping here & there, LOL. Just a few things you may or may not be aware of: J sings bass in the Navy choir (I believe he is actually the lead bass and he certainly has a great mentor in Geoff). Both Layne & Geoff are amazing whistlers. Good example of Geoff is in his Ghost Riders. Also hear it in If I Were a Rich Man/Girl but I'm not sure if it's Layne or Geoff in that one. I'm jealous because I can't whistle at all 😢. This is Layne's third arrangement of this song for VoicePlay. See Huldra Draco's channel for a great peep at all three versions! They used a robotic arm to film this, a new toy they now have added to their repertoire. I'm really looking forward to your reaction to Geoff's solo Christmas offering this year - he saved his bass blasting for that!
Layne's beatboxing "interlude" is phenomenal 😮🎉 And J.None was remembered in this one, that he was hired as their baritone 😅😂 The song is beautiful and funny at the same time 🫶🏻 Geoff's new cover, which aired on Friday too, is EPIC... his dragon soul is very strong in that one 🐲❤️
This was filmed with a new robotic camera that was programmed to the music. They are always upping their game. They just keep getting better. Louis Armstrong did this in the 50's, therefore the jazzy feel. Love it.
Louis Armstrong did this in 1952. I think Satchmo loaned J None his voice for the scatting. They got a new robot camera! I love this one as well. Merry Christmas to one and all! By the way, the US Navy has moved him from a baritone voice to a bass voice. I was born in Jacksonville FL in 1951, grew up at Cape Canaveral, college in Gainesville, then moved to the Tallahassee area after my husband's job went to China (he didn't). Currently thinking of selling off 2 10-acre parcels so I can build a 2 bedroom house and get out of the little camper. That will leave me about 57 acres to play with. Lost him to colon cancer 8 yrs ago and have recovered enough to enjoy life again.
I'm old enough to remember this song, but I don't. It never made it into the every Christmas playlist on the radio. This was so much fun. Thanx for reacting to it. Rural North Carolina, Christmas dinner with my daughter and kids.
Thanks for this enjoyable reaction to VoicePlay's latest! Friday was a great day with both VoicePlay and Geoff solo dropping their Christmas releases. Epic! VoicePlay is so much fun! Love them! We need more happiness in this world and can depend upon VoicePlay to make us smile and laugh! Geoff's Christmas release is also epic. Judging from his album art, those Geoffquakes did some damage!
I first heard this released by Harry Connick Jr and then shortly thereafter by the Brian Setzer Orchestra. I had never heard it because it’s a little off the beaten path so did go out and look it up and found out it was a Louis Armstrong song. I thought J did a great job of channeling his inner Satchmo. This was near PattyCake Productions but their studio was full of scenery for their Villains Lair series so temporarily rented nearby space in the same mall. Layne forgot the key, so while they were all standing around waiting they did a little impromptu concert for everyone. I’m sure the shoppers were amused. This had to be constructed from the ground up so I’m glad you liked it. Michael Winslow for VoicePlay 😂😂😂
I loved seeing you laugh so much! I’m in KY, USA. I’m sure others mentioned it but this is an old Louis Armstrong song so J None was channeling him a bit 😂
J None is currently singing bass for the Navy, so...

It’s a Louie Armstrong song!!!!!THEY ALL ARE PHENOMENAL!!!Check out Geoff’s Carol of the hells phenomenon is an understatement 😊😊
"Carol of the HELLS" is a great description with all those hell ratteling lows 😂👍🏻
It's amazing ❤

Louis Armstrong sang this in 1953. At the end J None did a very good impression of him.
They did a great homage to Louis Armstrong.

Oh, they always make us smile! And why do a conventional Christmas song when you can do this 😉. ⚘️🕊

Loved your reaction thank you so much. Make sure you react to Geoff's Carol of the Bells
Speaking of J. and "also singing high", that last "you" goes J., Cesar, Eli, J., Cesar, Eli, Cesar, J. from low to high.
