Otis are the same as sigma but the fact that the old sigma escalators are very loud making banging sounds makes them sound really old and about to explode, especially the fact that the motor even hums so loudly
@@escandelift1915 Yeah that was good because the up flat escalator doesn't really have a humming motor but banging steps. They're kind of faster than the Otis ones, and the down flat escalator had quiet banging sounds but THE MOTOR HUMS SO LOUDLY and it was louder and had very loud banging steps when I was young, oh and btw sigma escalators are creepy, they make soft banging sounds synced when a step gets in the comb plate
I went to the Oracle Shopping Centre in Reading in 2021 in my Channel and they are Otis escalators and those escalators were making loud Banging sounds and about to Break, But the Otis Escalators at House of Fraser in the Oracle Shopping Centre in Reading have pretty Loud Motors & Humming Sounds and one of the Escalators was Vibrating.
@@escandelift1915 Also the up escalator also has humming sound of the motor since I got closer. And few days ago the down escalator that has loud banging sounds with a loud humming motor broke down. Again. The last time we went there they said that it broke down "Yesterday"

Like at Matalan in Bridlington Retail Park when elevatorman765 Filmed in 2010 it was really LOUD, but when I Filmed them in 2021 it was Much Quieter
