@@oaklandexcelsior7 yes. I have seen worse recently, a previously very efficient stannah now takes 20 seconds to level. I’ve tried phoning the shop but no response. I’ll go over again soon and ask for either a maintenance check or a modernisation/replacement.

the only thing i hate about Otis Gen2's is how bloody long it takes for it to level and the doors to open.

Some Gen2’s are very efficient and stop instantly without levelling (known as direct to floor levelling)
