Fabulous footage as always Andy and thank you so much for mentioning our videos on South Stack and the Hut Circles and adding the link in description box 👍This section is a fantastic part of the Wales Coast Path. Loved seeing St Cybi's Church, it is on our list to film this summer, its amazing with it being inside the walls of the Roman fort 😃such interesting history . We love Trearddur Bay especially when the ice cream van is there ! You did a nice look around there too and the Breakwater Country Park is so beautiful to walk through. Loved your footage of the whole South Stack area. Porth Dafarch is gorgeous and the beaches at Porth y post and Lon Isallt are so pretty. Really loved this one today, thank you for taking us with you :) ~ Anna 👍
Thank you, Anna, I really enjoyed the walk, it was such a hot day that we really did not want to do any detours, we had visited the hut circles and lighthouse when we there last year on holiday, I did not take much footage, wish I had done now. What a truly beautiful place. Loved the walk, and thank you so much for watching . 👍🏻👍🏻
Great video. Holyhead…..my home town…..and spent hours at Treaddur Bay…..long before the mountain coast path and the nature reserve which was just an old quarry. Happy times in those places growing up….and ah those girlfriends! 👍🍷….
Thank you. It's such a beautiful place, a great stretch of coast path. I'm glad the video bought back some happy memories for you. Thank you for watching, All the best, Webby 👍
Your video is very innovative, your creation is very successful!Really appreciate your talent!Watching your video is like reading a good book, it benefits a lot! we love you! Love your channel so much!Your video is great! second to none!
Amazing the church that is inside that roman fort. I have to explore Wales! the coastal town was so cute and loved the views of the water from the path! The beaches look so dramatic along the coastline. Holyhead coastal park looks so beautiful xx my favourite was the area near Ellens tower :)
Hi Kate, Yes, it was all lovely along that stretch, The bit bt Ellen's Tower at South Stacks has its own little car parks by the lighthouse. There's a lot to explore around that area, The RSPB, Lighthouse, Stone Hut Circles, and Holyhead Mountain can all be accessed from South Stacks Thank you for watching, All the best, Andy
Another Great Vid, I was told the path to the North stack was bad, your vid shows that it seems fine, but the path to the South Stack seems iffy? but largely ok, I was amazed how rugged the coast was on your vid, and with multiple deep inlets everywhere (the are not many pics on google, yours shows the absolutely amazing ruggedness of this part of the coast, I have not been on the path, you made me want to go.
Thank you, Bryn. The paths were mostly good. There were a few narrow bits, but when I watched the video back, I thought the camera made the pathways look a little worse than they actually were. It was one of the best sections I have walked so far. There were a few ups and downs, The signs around Holyhead Mountain had mostly disappeared, I read somewhere that they have problems with the signage over there, that they keep going missing when replaced. But I could see the posts where signs should be, so that helped. I tried to keep to the official route as best I could, It really is worth the walk. I hope you do it. Please let me know if you walk it, All the best, Andy👍🏻
Hi there, im new here, I have really enjoyed the video, although I'm not a hiker, I do enjoy beautiful sights and your video is no exception, especially the coastline, nothing beats nature really, I`m here for the long run and looking forward to your future videos.
Hi Rika, I'm glad you enjoyed the video, I'm still quite new to the hiking. Welcome to the channel, The coastline walks are the best, I wish I lived nearer so I could do them more often. I try and film any nature I see along the walks. Thank you so much for watching and for your kind comment. All the best, Andy 👍🏻
Sorry I put my comment on wrong video. Brilliant stuff Andy .one of the most memorable walks. For anyone reading the west side of Holy Island is a stunning walk
Yes, it's going to be one of the more memorable sections of the coast path that we have walked so far. I really enjoyed it. Stunning all the way. I will watch for the tides on the next one, was it immediately before the bridge you had the issue?
@@WebbysWalks yeah but there are steps up behind the houses otherwise no way through bar swimming! A few hundred yards before the bridge there is a boardwalk .it was a foot under water so I just got my feet wet. Particularly high tides at that time as you already experienced!
@SmithyGolfandSmithyWalks Yes, it would have been the same time we had the flooded river area. I'm hopefully going to get back soon. I was hoping to go tomorrow, but something has cropped up now. I'm looking forward to seeing this last side of the island.
Great footage, so interesting to see it from that angle - normally we are craning our necks up to see the paths. It is definitely my favourite section of the Anglesey coastline. Good to see some kayakers heading round Penryn Mawr at 28:47. The house at 37:35 is also locally known as the Scooby Doo House as on dark, stormy nights it always looks haunted! Did you go into the Sea Shanty in Trearddur Bay? It's beautiful inside with great food and fantastic range of ice cream.
Hi Ian, Yes, the house does look like one from Scooby Doo, lol. I think we ate in the Sea Shanty when we stayed there last year, if it's the one with the boats on the ceiling. We did see a few kayaks along the walk, I wonder if it's you down there. It was definitely a favourite section to walk. I can't wait to get back up there. Thank you for watching, All the best, Andy
@@WebbysWalks yep, the Sea Shanty has boats on the ceiling and bottles of different pebbles and sands around the walls. No, I wasn't there - just been in Scotland on the Isle of Muck for the last week..... Anglesey again soon though

@wavesoffun Yes, it was nice in the Sea Shanty. Our favourite place was The Ship Inn, Red Wharf Bay, when we stayed there.
