- From my "productivity series", I've learnt a few things about building habits, consistency, and discipline, so I thought I'd share them. Hope it helps!

nonono you're missing points.
-Taking a cold shower is too extreme, you can for the same effect, put cold water on your High contact points on your body, like your wrist.
-To wake up , Drink water, Get sunlight for 5m outside, or 10m by the window.
-To Focus on something, Drink water ( go see Andrew Huberman for more precision)
-Need Motivation ? Need to focus ?, To gain motivation you have to start.To gain focus you have to continue.
-Struggle to sleep ? eat dark chocolate
-Take time without distraction, entertainment. Either a walk or sat in your sofa.
-Remember everyone starts somewhere
-Take a shower everyday. It can sound ridiculous but not everyone does that.
-Change your point of view when talking to someone.
-Everyone lives for the first time. Be kind
-Don't force yourself to work from 9 to 15. if nothing comes, take a break. But a real break, go outside or go eat something but dont stay at your desk scrolling on your phone.
-Try to clean your room at least 1day/2
-Don't be scared to try
-Read at least 1h per/week
-Try something NEW at least 1 p/week
-If you like to write, journal your days and emotions, that's a big part
-Go see something new in your city/country at least 2/months
-Exercise can be a HUGE way to developp yourself , and help you. It is not NECESSARY. you can either way just walk back home from work to begin.
-DRINK. A LOT. Hydratation should be your Number 1 problem during the day. It has SO much power that you dont know.
-Go to bed at same hours for a few months, the first months you will have to wake up with an alarm.but slowly the alarm will not be needed
-Dont drink something acid like orange juice in the morning.
-Breakfast is needed. The proportions depends on the person. some peoples needs a lot of proteins or glucides, some people dont.
-Cant sleep ? need magnesium
-Low energy ? Iron
-Headache ? sodium
-Dont be afraid to be alone for a time. Leave toxic people. You are tend to be like the people you hang out with.
-Listen to podcast if you dont like to read.
-Discipline Does not means perfection.It means having the balls to continue.Even if you dont for 1week, nothing is bad, just continue and try again
-Dont try to kill your emotions. You're living. Just let you breath.
-ALWAYS feel free to tell someone something nice
-Do not rush the morning. even if you have to be fast, dont RUSH
-Give yourself second chances. You deserve it.
-Wait 24-48h before buying anything. If you are in a shop, take it in picture.
-(it's not for everyone) Take a notebook wth you to write your memories. (bcz im bad for the memory side :) )
-not everyone needs the same things as you.
-You have to motivation to do something ? just initiate it. (I did it with the sports. even if I had no will to go, i'd start to put my sport clothes, then i'll just go)
