I do not for 1 second put to question the hard work that these people put into producing these foods that we know and love, I'm just stating my opinion on a post that you shared on your channel. South-Eastern Nigeria make something like this, but they add grounded pepper to it and it's eaten with garden egg..... They call it Ose oji.
What is garden egg?
@@bumblebee4280 Garden egg is just like Egg plants but it's smaller, some are green in colour and some are white, there's one that is as small as berries, it's green at first but when ripe d skin turns red, d berry size specifically grows in South-Eastern Nigeria. Garden egg grows in Most part of Nigeria, compared to eggplants that grows in very few places. It's very popular in Nigeria and it's used in making few dishes and it's popularly eaten raw without cooking. Ose oji eaten with gardenegg is very popular in South-Eastern Nigeria....... 😂 Hope it's not too much of an explanation.
