That part is specially for people who are buying a toy drone which does not have camera they do not need to register it before flying anywhere in the residential area
Hi, First of all thank you so much for your amazing videos. I do have a question. So i live in Germany and i do have a license A1/A3 and i do have insurence. I will be going to Gran Canaria in 2 days and i was wandering what do i need to do before i can fly. I will take my DJI mini 3 with, but did say on this video that no matter what i need to contact the ministry and that can take up to 5 day is that correct ?
@@Kinetica_tmwhy not plan it before, I did something like this before traveling to Athens Greece , I got the approval before hand. And it you dont want to get the approval you can fly below 20m without any approval Just check enaire for the fly zone area.

That is correct please check the form which was mentioned and contact them about the plan that where you want to fly and you will get the approval.
@ well i guess i will not be able to fill the form because i will be staying 5 days only and if they take 5 days to read it than its to late for me
