Hey Roland I had the same problem with the diff on my uforce after the dealership serviced it so I took it back for the correction haven’t ridden it since
For your rear diff there was a little white plastic dipstick that came with the machine to check the rear diff fluid. I know I checked the fluid in the rear diff and it was way low I thought, so I top it up to the bottom of the fill hole. I have not had a problem with the oil coming out the vent tube. Mine holds 700 mL to the fill hole. So I contacted RNG performance he does the same thing as me, fill till it spills. More oil better cooling in my opinion and his. I wouldn’t worry about it coming out once in a while out the vent tube. So far I have 4600 km on my machine hasn’t been an issue yet. I think if you’re having that issue, I try running 600 mL and see what happens. I use Amsoil 75W 90 synthetic I don’t know if that makes a difference.
Ok that's something to think about. Whenever it happened it was when I was running longer distances at a higher speed. Like riding a long distance on a road
@@FANATICALSIDERIDER oil expands when gets hot so running a little less will probably solve the problem. I think the most road running at one time for me would be about 7-10 km at a time. Take a temperature gun and check your diff temperature to see how hot it is getting after road run. I know mine is very warm. You can touch diff but maybe only for a second. Only guessing probably temperature is about 120-150*F
Hey...Fanatical good to know thanks.....I replaced my diffs oil with the 90 weight gear oil in my cforce 500s there was regular motor oil in them from the dealer....does the same go for those diffs 400ml...thank you
Boy that is not much fluid in there… I have to admit I would never wipe that stuff off if it came out in vapor… I would consider it rustproofing lol Rear fluid stinks It looks like it’s pretty easy to service… Thanks for the video

You should make sure to put some moror oil on the rubber seal on the inboard end of the filter as well as the oring on the filter housing cover.
Great information, keep up the good work
thanks
I remember that ride. It was a little bit smokey and stinky riding behind you. Lol.
Sorry that must have been something I ate

Good stuff
Old School was..."Fill to Spill"
It’s still is. CF Moto running less fluid is Just trying to cover up a problem. Less diff fluid will probably cause early diff failure.
I'm going to add a bit more before next ride
