You got to think about this though, if the children were dead they wouldn’t be putting their stuff in storage and instead they’d burn it or get rid of it like going to good will and such. So I have been following this case from Scotland. I have a couple of questions regarding the law in the US. First, why was Tammy Daybell’s death not investigated? I gather she died suddenly and had no health issues. When my late sister died suddenly, although she had been unwell for weeks she had to have an autsopy. I think this is generally the law here. From what I understand her husband refused an autopsy. He should not have any say in the matter. As for Loris husband, he was shot in self defence and that was just accepted as truth. It was a baseball bat versus a gun. Lori, her daughter and her brother were all there. Surely the three of them could have overpowered him. So I have been following this case from Scotland. I have a couple of questions regarding the law in the US. First, why was Tammy Daybell’s death not investigated? I gather she died suddenly and had no health issues. When my late sister died suddenly, although she had been unwell for weeks she had to have an autsopy. I think this is generally the law here. From what I understand her husband refused an autopsy. He should not have any say in the matter. As for Loris husband, he was shot in self defence and that was just accepted as truth. It was a baseball bat versus a gun. Lori, her daughter and her brother were all there. Surely the three of them could have overpowered him. Not trying to criticise US law but in Scotland I believe it would have raised flags. Would appreciate it if someone could answer my questions. Thank you.
Idk. I'm in America but I also thought that Autopsys are required if a person dies under suspicious circumstances... If they are not already deemed by a Doctor to have had a terminal illness. I believe her death certificate says she died from natural causes but she's way too young to state that unless she in fact had a terminal illness. Sad that they have to unbury her to find out. They should be sued for not paying attention in the first place. I would also think that the life insurance company would question a death from "Natural causes" with her age being that young. She wasn't even close to elderly. None of this makes any sense. At all. I'm scratching my head too... Along with thousands of others. Baffling.
