Meaning everything is wayy less expensive for someone visiting from the USA or even the UK but not for us. And that's the case in every country, it's not about the number.

$76 is a very low amount for my family. We have a family of 4 that eats a lot of food, and 3 pets. We usually shop every other week, and spend a bit over $200, which adds up to a little over $100 per week. Maybe the place I live is just expensive though.

seeing a healthy relationship when it comes to money+partying when it comes to your SO is so refreshing. so much toxicity about "men paying for everything" and "no partying in relationships" on this site so it's cool to see people who are role models when it comes to that kinda stuff, and just stuff in general. keep rocking Clancy (and Zach haha)!!
I love how you’re smart with your money. I have 2 boys (11 and 9) and I give them $10 each a week for doing chores (making their bed, keeping room clean, taking out trash and feeding the dog) I know it’s not much, but like I tell them every week, “ just because you have money, you don’t have to spend it”. They get super happy when we go out and they have saved over $50 and all because they chose not to spend. It sure makes them think twice about spending it because of how long it took for them to get to that amount. If you ever decide on having kids, teach the young about money and they will hate it at first, but as they get older, they will be more mindful of spending. Hello from Houston.
Love this video! All other what I spend in a week is always coming from LA or NY so this was wayyyy more relatable! Glad to see a TH-camr live other places.
I recently found your channel, and have been loving it! This video shook me though, because while watching it I did a double take with Zac. I went to high school with him 😅. Small world!
Seriously relate so much to your spending ways!! Love how honest you are. I’ve been watching your videos for years and just love the direction you’re going in!
Your energy and enthusiasm is something else!! After watching this video, I was curious to see when you first started vlogging, 10 years!! ... and I just had to watch your Christmas wish list & haul from 2009. Sooo cute & adorable. I am definitely looking forward to a Clancy ultra-marathon!
“I like to window shop but don’t feel the need to buy anything” can’t relate 😭 so refreshing to watch a video like this on TH-cam though, I want to be like you when I grow up. (I’m older than you) 😂
I needed this. I mentally lean into the way you spend money but I live against that. Not even just the money, but the way you live. Love it. I go out multiple times a week with friends often wasting money and time and feel horrible afterwards. So there’s no goal achieved. Hopefully I can refine my actions so they’re more similar to yours in 2 years (22 now lol). Thanks for sharing, no judgment here ❤️

Really enjoyed watching this video. You look so happy and seem to really be enjoying life! I definitely was giggling over your claims of frugality, though. I feed my family of 5 for $100 a week. No eating out. We definitely still go out, but only do free or extremely cheap things. Name brands are rarely a thing. We coupon, compare ads for prices and meal plan around what’s on sale and in season. That being said, I get prices are different everywhere and our lives are totally different. It’s nice to see a young woman enjoying life while maintaining discipline. I think you’re a great example for young women to look up to. ❤️

seeing a healthy relationship when it comes to money+partying when it comes to your SO is so refreshing. so much toxicity about "men paying for everything" and "no partying in relationships" on this site so it's cool to see people who are role models when it comes to that kinda stuff, and just stuff in general. keep rocking Clancy (and Zach haha)!!
You and Zack are sooo cute together and funny! 😍
thank you! :)
Clancy: My friends only spend like 39 bucks
Me: spends 200 at Walmart every week.
Love your channel. I’m a college student that loves to spend even when I’m not supposed too 😫🙄. Thanks for the inspiration!!!
College was hard when it comes to saving money!
OMG those videos are so cringey hahaha
I can’t get over how tiny the shopping trolley is! 😂
You are the only TH-camr I have seen shows purchase screen monitor at the grocery store. Thank you for the how to money save method Clancy.
Thanks for sharing, no judgment here ❤️
I feel like she has virgo or a capricorn in her chart..very disciplined I love her!
angel right?! I don’t know what her sign is but I’m a Capricorn and I would say I’m pretty disciplined... after learning what I went thru in the past and just looking out for the future.
marathoning your vlogs and i love how grounded you are!!
u should bring resuable bags to the grocery store
Moonlightvibes i agree:))
They carry the Virus... Even back then they are not very sanitary
surmon11, moonlightvibes commented this 8 months ago so there wasn’t covid
•lavender ella• thank u :)
Holy cow!? I live in the Dayton area.. like 45 mins north of Dayton. That’s crazy you live so close. I’ll be 23 in 3 months so your videos are blowing my mind right now 😂
Great video Clancy! Keep up with the genuine content and energy 😘
That’s so cheap I would spend 100 and something on those items
You’re younger than me and you really Inspire me! Not a bad thing at all. People can look up to who ever inspires them! I appreciate your energy. Love this ❤️
Aww thank you so much!!
OMG love your vids 😍. For the past 2 days I have been binging your vids!!
Aww yay thank you for watching!!! :)
I came across your channel yesterday and have been binge watching your videos! I find your content so interesting and your personality is so refreshing. You are absolutely gorgeous too!😍 Sending you love from London💖
When you live in Michigan and Kroger is your second home.
Kroger is everything. But now that I go to Northern I had to say goodbye to that😢 Also had to say goodbye to Aldi and Whole Foods. My grocery shopping feels so limited now
@@jennifermarea8011 Oh man, I'm sorry. X( Hang in there!!
your energy is so contagious! I always leave in a better mood after watching one of your videos ☺️
Aww!!
what about travel expenses like car insurance car payment gas and all that
In another episode she brought us along to the dealership. She paid in full. She doesn't like payments. But yeah she showed us the gas fill-up later on the in video. Some people pay in full for insurance for the year but yeah, didn't include that and other payments that might pop up like student loans, etc.
Your life is so together, I’m 30 and I’m a damn mess 😭 you inspire me to get my finances together!
I loved this! I love watching money videos because it motivates me to save money. I was running out of youtubers to watch so this was great! Also, what’s the salad dressing?
Balsamic vinagrete - panera brand!! :)
I swear you can make me feel so positive and happy in an instant love your videos 💖
You know I clicked so fast been a subscriber for such a long time can’t wait to see you grow ❤️
Aww thank you!!
I am so obsessed with this woman and i am completely okay with it
That moment when you’re 10 mins from Cincinnati and I could see her at any moment 😭
Cincinnati represent!!!
I'm a couple of hours away
Same!! I live in West Chester!
That means you can watch her on the news every morning!
Lady Annie Marie me too!!!
Hi Clancy! Just wanted to say - a great money saver (WHICH IS ALSO SO SUSTAINABLE AND MUCH BETTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT) is to switch to wool dryer balls! Buy ‘em once and you don’t have to again - also reduce unnecessary waste by a ton!
Clancy, you are my inspiration. I actually live in pennsylvania and i’m 14 years old. I watch the news everyday at 14, thats kinda rare. I want to be a meteorologist when i’m older. Your language, i kinda stole, oops! Yesterday, I was sick, I watch a lot of your videos. So I turned on my tv and I sat and watched 3 of your videos and fell asleep. I got like 10 notifications from youtube, i ignored all of them and saw yours, and clicked
Wht did u mean by "your language i kinda stole" ??

Aena Mustafa is she says something, i’ll sometimes say it
@@evliysn9974 oh i do that too sometimes , i pick up on things easily. And i have always loved watching the news and knowing about world affairs kinda rare nowadays
XxAshlynnmariexX Ashlynn Literally, i feel like I can look up to her lmao because that’s what i want my future self to be doing after college, having a job, etc!
I absolutely loved this video! I live in West Chester and I am happy to see someone actually show ways to be frugal! I mean I know its obvious but I loveeeee the no money spending from Monday to Thursday! I am going to (try) to start doing that! You are glowing too!!
“Ah man looks like we’re going hungry tonight” made me laugh so hard 😭😭😭
Love your energy 😍
You are doing a great job of not throwing money away at daily Starbucks and other small things that really add up. Some of these videos really make me cringe with the crazy spending.
Grew up in Cincy and I miss how inexpensive living there was.
This is my favorite one of these videos I’ve seen! Mine was $401 per week with rent and car payments and everything, which is about $40 over my budget goal. I like your rules! Thanks for sharing :)
