BTS always cheapens out on escalator and lift, and they has always been acting antagonistic on everything the MRTA trying to do, for example, the Unfied Mangmoom Card for all transactions. It didn't happen solely because the BTS was salty. So, the MRTA tried to circumvent that by implementing the VISA and Mastercard contactless gates, but the BTS with their pettiness refuses to implement the contactless gates. Also, their annoying ads. They put them on every train carriages, obscuring all the wonderful views. Hopefully, they won't be able to extend their operating license, which is going to run out quite soon. The MRT should be the only one operating everything, they're so much better. They don't cheapens out on things and they rarely put ads on the train. There, some little glimpse to the politic between the two companies that annoys us Thais to no end.
