Hey there, thanks for checking the Stacked Golf TH-cam channel! We’re Jon and Ashley, a husband and wife team of amateur golfers looking to share our love of the game with our viewers. Our goal is to inspire more golfers along with people who have never played before to get out on the golf course and have fun regardless of their age, budget, or skill level.
We find all kinds of golf deals at garage sales, thrift store, flea markets, auctions, online marketplaces, and more to show that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to start playing golf or upgrade your current golf bag. Along with our thrifting adventures, we specialize in reviewing the cheapest golf gear, gimmick clubs, As Seen On TV golf clubs, crazy training aids, and more to see if they are worth checking out to improve your golf game. You will also find course vlogs, golf challenges, and budget golf course reviews from our travels. We both love the game of golf and want to share our adventures with you.
Here’s a little about us: While most kids were watching cartoons, Jon was studying the Golf Channel to learn how to play and improve his golf game. He spent most of his childhood on the golf course and loves trying out new golf clubs and gear. Jon also loves to fish and kayak. If he could he would spend all his time on the golf course or catching giant bass.
Ashley is a beginner golfer with no athletic background whatsoever before attempting to pick up the game of golf. Her unnatural ability to read the green has made her a great putter but the rest of the game is still a work in progress and we hope you enjoy watching her improve on the channel. She is also known for finding incredible deals and unique finds both online and at thrift stores and garage sales. Along with golfing and budget shopping she also enjoys trying out and creating new recipes and using Jon as her taste testing guinea pig.

Jon is soo knowledgeable and his narrating voice is top tier and having bubbly Ashley by your side makes such a great duo.

I like that del mar 3, I think my favorite putter I've used so far has been the Nike IC2010A putter, dark green with contrasting white, they claimed it was a visual aid, but I don't know about all that, the feel of that putter is what does it for me!
Those irons sound a bit odd, but the results were amazing! My favorite was the Scotty putter - I'm looking for one that isn't quite the mallet but has the extended back.

Love love love my 3i-AW set of Vapor Fly Pro's, and managed to score them for around $400 as well...so solid steal! I've been pretty lucky with my Nike finds off FB Marketplace. First set was some Ignites for about $100, then a set of the SQ Machspeeds (4i-AW) for $125, the Vapor Fly Pro's and found a sweet set of Victory Red Split Cavity's (3i-PW) for $175. There's still some deals to be had. If you can find a Nike Vapor Flex 440 driver in good condition, give it a shot. Sounds like no other driver I've ever hit!
Ashley , Don't get discouraged. Golf has humbled all of us at one time or another. All it takes is that one amazing shot to get it back.

Thanks for another fun video! You guys and your videos are probably the biggest reason that I'm starting to get into golf as a more serious hobby. Just starting to build my own beginner set to replace the clubs I "inherited" and slightly outgrew. If you have any suggestions for a driver and woods to complement the TaylorMade RBZ Max iron set and Odyssey White Hot Rossie I picked up, I'd love to hear them. Cheers from Canada!

When the Spalding Molitor balls first came out they were one of the most expensive balls late 70's, they were package in a triangle box.
Amazed at your knowledge of clubs (someone your age knowing Kenneth Smiths were high end custom: SMH). I had a Pro Platinum Circle T Newport 2.5 with custom gun mental finish. Best feeling putter i ever had. Would still have it but Titleist rep offered $800 cash (i had paid $225 prior year) at a TPC Sawgrass Scotty putter launch/fitting event. Offer i couldn’t refuse but miss it.

Love my Nike Vapor driver! Those irons are absolutely sweet. The black finish is insane I have a set of TA5 gunmetal that are similar in finish but don't hit nearly as far as Jon. Happy to see Sharkey back on the job, too. Love the channel.

I got to know the manager of a thrift who was an avid golfer. He told me he put all the newly arrived golf stuff on the sales floor on Friday mornings so I started showing up on Friday’s at 10 when it opened and offer to help bring it out. Snagged some great stuff that way before the competition. Of course he got all the really good stuff.

Here's an idea for a video: The top 5 things that you find at every thrift store when you're looking for golf clubs. Another one I'd like to see is the 5 clubs you see at every thrift store. If I bought every Wilson 1300 iron I've found and laid them end to end I think it be a mile long

With all the videos I’ve watched y’all play on many different golf course I never see any people playing on the course. Do y’all rent the whole course.
Nobody plays in the summer. Courses are in bad condition and it’s hot. In the winter you can’t get a tee time at the same courses
