I'm just getting into comics and The Wicked + The Divine is the second I have read and I am really into it! The art alone is stunning and I have a major weakness for mythology.
This was great! By far my favorite Hack and Splash so far, this was more like a Hack and Back Issues. You should definitely have Danielle on more often, the interaction between you makes this so much better.
I can't say I have a pick for whose god-essence I'd hope to inherit, but if I had to guess whose god-essence I'd be most likely to inherit, I'd say Helios, whose work as the Greek god of the Sun was usually mistakenly credited to Apollo. Because that'd just be my luck.
Hey, just some (amazingly rare!) constructive feedback from the TH-cam comments. I got to 4:46 in this video and had to bail. I just didn't have enough time to wait around to get to the meat of the video. Getting into things quickly would make this a stronger video. Thor , he has like a 10 pack and all he does is fly around and drink beer, i've tried that exercise program and it didn't work great episode, i've been reading this book for a while and even though its a bit weird i really like it also seeing Danielle back on Tvlittlehouse is nice, i loved those bonus round episodes they were so much fun

If the wheel rolls, don't reinvent it! Perspectives in these types of programs are what matter the most, and you two have your own unique opinions and presence!
I love this comic so much! And if I would become a god and inspire people I think it'd be cool to be Daedalus (who isn't a god necessarily, more demigod) or Hephaestus.

Still really enjoyed the characterizations in those two issues though. I liked seeing a little more on Woden. I won't say any details here to avoid spoilers.

TheRealZubes Yea, I usually buy books in floppy form but I feel like in this case if I did that I would want to just stash the issue away each month until the each arc ends >.< Which just makes it simpler to buy it in trade haha

I went to my local store and was able to pick up all of the back issues except for 1,2 and 4. I guess now I have to go to ebay for the rest. I am waiting to read volume 1 until I get the rest of the issues but Vol 2 has been enjoyable so far. Above all I've really enjoyed the artwork, especially in the club scene of issue 8. Rook Talma This is my first book from Kieron Gillen and from what I've heard about this title and his previous work, he does give off a self-congratulatory vibe about him. I like tW+D because it reminds me of Neil Gaiman's American Gods and the art is quite nice. If it gets too convoluted, I just might drop the monthlies and trade-wait. It's true, but regarding this book, you either love it or you hate it.

I ordered the first book off of Amazon years ago while working at a call center job and fell in love 😍 I had to go back and order the whole series.
Was late to the party on this one, picked up the first volume and loved it. Will be buying volume 2 as soon as my next paycheck comes in.

I picked up the first 3 or 4 issues and just couldn't get through. It does sound like it's more cohesive as a trade.
