Pep Guardiola explains his philosophy and how it has evolved over the years

Here's a short but really interesting part where Guardiola answers these three questions:

The most important things he talked about, in my view:
- Never question your main principles, but remain open to adapting sub-principles
- If you observe attentively, you'll learn to make the right adjustments through your players
- The opponent dictates whether you attack faster or slower
- Just because a team is doing well doesn't mean you should copy their way of playing. Only follow their style if you truly believe it's the right one for you
- My task as a coach is to consistently put players in situations where they can play to their strengths as often as possible
