@@Ebin_RDAK yeah which means until most people upgrade to modern consoles or PC then it will probably not be released I have a one x and am skeptical it will be released in that time frame for this generation
I cross my fingers for a retrowave radio station in Cyberpunk 2077, that would be so neat. That or the possibility to create your own radio station with your own tracks, kinda like in GTA.
Probably the later. The way that they represent this world leans more towards the harsher life style, which would surely include music as well. Aside from some 80s sounding punk, rock or some heavy duty darksynth in the OST, it's pretty hard for me to imagine that they'd sport the usual synthwave on the radio.
I'll be glad if I'm proven wrong though!
since it is based on a pen and paper RPG system, which includes an in world musician in its lore, they went through the trouble of recording their own original music for that musician character, and he's gonna be playing on the radio for the most part. at least that's what i've gathered so far, but i wouldn't be surprised if they included options like importing your own music, or some options especially for streamers so they don't get copyright strikes etc.

There is something unique about synthwave, its like a sound from another world that travelled across the universe and then someone trapped it and used it for creating music. Great Work!!!
