I don't even train weighted pushups But just bodyweight pushups got me to a 45 kg weighted pushup will strict form at 16 years old Will it help me more? In dips and pullups also? And also How many should I try doing I do hundreds of thousands of reps on bodyweight Like 500-600 Or maybe 200-300 I tried them I got inspired by watching you lol I don't want to quit normal pushups, I have a special kind of bond with them Can I do them once a week And do Dips Normal pushups Like 1-2 times a week? In total i exercise for around 30 minutes right now My main goal is weight loss and strength building is there anything you recommend me that i should do? or should i keep doing this?
Ok thanks a lot brother. I also have one more question. I tried jumping rope but i have gotten a lot of pain in my calf area in leg after jumping rope its been a week and im still having a bit of pain can you tell me how i can recover
@battleking5931 it will take time, You can use heat pads to increase blood circulation in that area, After it gets recovered add some bodyweight calf raises to strengthen your calves & start with lesser jumps increase them slowly
Sir ab pain thoda kam ho gaya hai to I do calf raises 3 sets in the morning. But its very painful if I try to get up from squat position so I have stopped doing squats for sometime until i recover then ill start doing jumps again
@@harshaltheboss bhai hmare ancient Indian exercise se hm flexibility mobility strength and endurance build kar skte hai simultaneously without going to the gym. Believe me u don't need any equipment
What are your thoughts om semen retention is it really necessary amd beneficial ya ye bas ek myth hai whereas doctors and science bolti hai limit mai kiya jayee to healthy and normal hai
